The salad bar looks better than the product made. The girl behind the counter came around to help me. I ordered a simple romaine salad with a few accompaniments. She made the salad with iceberg lettuce and when I advised the mistake, she first told me it was romaine, then blankly looked at me and asked if she could just add romaine. When she remade the salad and handed it to me, she said the guys behind the counter would help me. I stood there awkwardly waiting while she disappeared. While waiting, I checked out the salad barely displaying any of the sides other than miniscule shreds of carrot, a tiny piece of avocado and barely noticed the egg whites. The beets were no where to be found. The salad looked like a bowl of lettuce and at that point, I didnt even know it cost over $9. When the owner finally acknowledged me, I asked if this was the typical way they made salad and he said rather uncaringly, "She makes them everyday, so if you want more sides, she can add them." If she made them every day, she should know the difference between iceberg and romaine lettuce! I really didnt appreciate his response or attitude of the girl or the owner. I also ordered the walnut and cranberry chicken salad. I took two bites of the 1/2 pound of salad only to throw it out. It tasted old and I was a bit concerned about what I was eating. I wont return to Harbour Deli. Plenty of other delis out there. I guess they forgot that fact.

The catering hall recommended the Harbor Deli without hesitation, and we are glad they did. Thank you Harry and the staff at the Harbor Deli, you made it easy for us. The food was delicious, your attention to detail and flawless service made our lives less stressful during a difficult time, as we planned the repass following our Mother’s funeral service. Many of our family and friends went out of their way to tell us how fabulous the food was, they loved it. As we told them then and I’ll say it again, “Harry and the Harbor Deli deserve the compliments. They made the planning easy for us”. The food was exceptional, your suggested entrees were exactly what was needed (Chicken Marsala and Penna alla Vodka to name a few) plus the pleasant servers were very much appreciated.

Never again. Over the years HD has steadily declined and its customer service is pioneering that negative curve. Writing a bad review is not my style and it pains me to share this insight. After being disrespected, receiving a botched catering order for a funeral, served leftover food, experienced casual racism and even being verbally threatened, Ill never support these P.W. cronies again. Dont let bad energy make your food too!

Specialty salads are quite small... expected something slightly larger and better produced for $9. Ordered the "grilled artichoke hearts over mixed greens with mozzarella," it arrived covered in roasted peppers and mozzarella, not to mention 1 piece of artichoke heart cut into 4 or 5 small pieces. My friend decided on the fried pickles, which were ice cold and the coating was soggy/barely any coating left at all. Was not pleased.

Submitted an online order which they said they never received. Their wings are crispy and big but the sauces were way salty, almost inedible. Philly cheese steak was drowned with cheese wiz to the point the bread was too soggy to pick up and fell apart when I tried to pick it up.

Best Deli Around! I have never been disappointed by anything served here. The staff are always super nice and polite. Great location and very convenient to get there. The inside of the place is nice to eat in and is very clean. I recommend this place to everyone I meet :-)

Without a doubt , the BEST Deli around. If you LOVE soup they have the best. Whatever the soup of the day. As for sandwiches, take your pick. you cannot go wrong. Food is always fresh,and service is exceptional . You will also enjoy eating there.

Horrible. Ordered food at 12:47pm today and as of 2:38pm its still not here. 3 phone calls later and its still not here. This is their normal. Our second time ordering and second time this has happened. Never again.

A good deli. I would say Harbor Deli is slightly above average and they wont charge you for every little thing, but honestly, the food is not spectacular and the price isnt exceptionally low.

First time ordering. Took about 90 minutes to get delivered. Both sandwiches were missing ingredients. The macaroni salad was tasteless. Garbage food. 50% went into the trash.
