We made reservations for 7 pm on Saturday. We werent seated until more than a half an hour later. I could see if it was packed, but it was not. Our waitress would disappear from our table for 10 minutes at a time. It took an hour for us to get 3 appetizers (calamari, rice balls, mozzarella triangles) and we ordered everything at the same time thinking the food would come faster. All 3 appetizers were not good at all. The mozzarella triangles were dry and barely had cheese in them, the rice balls were lukewarm and mushy, the calamari was rubbery. We waited another 20 minutes and our entrees did not come. We decided to speak with the manager and leave. The manager came over and apologized, but then made the terrible decision of sending someone else over. I can only assume this man was the owner and I can honestly say he was a jerk. He was very rude, wreaked of alcohol, and spoke in a condescending tone to us when we made a professional complaint about our experience at his establishment. He said "Thats fine! You could just pay for what you consumed and go!" As a decent sized party (6 of us) you would think he would be nicer and not want to lose the business we wouldve provide. If you want good Italian food, good service for a reasonable price, save your money and go somewhere else. This place is overpriced garbage and should be shutdown soon. I have a lot of friends that I have already told about my experience there. Thousands of people have decided to stay away from this place now thanks to the warning I provided. Hopefully this will help you too. This place gets a 0 from me.

The service is so Bad it is disturbing. Made reservations 2 weeks in advance for a booth. Arrived 10 minutes early, table is not ready. No problem, but the staff is just rude. We gave the name, staff didnt check computer, just said its not 7:30. We are aware of this, just wanted to let you know we were here. Ok, just come back when its 7:30. Are you joking ? Ok no problem, had a drink at the bar. Staff there rude. just rude. Two women came up to the bar asked if they had any holiday specials, bartender says" specials, what do you mean ?" Lady responds candy cane drink, raindeer drink you know a holiday drink. bartender "I wouldnt know what a raindeer tastes like" Not joking either, strait face serious. Crazy, ok so its 7:30 went back up give my name again. Looks in computer, ok we will call you. couldnt check uis in 10 minutes ago? 20 minutes later, called up leaded to a table. Said to owner we requested a booth 2 weeks ago and when we arrived. His response, ok we only have a table unless you want to wait an hour+. I wanted to leave at this point, but i was with other who didnt want to go look for another resturant. Ok order food, Food is just Bad. Please do not waste your time or money is this place. Should have went to McDonalds.

Utilizing the Open Table App, we made a reservation for Ragazzis restaurant week. We had opted out of other restaurants we knew had phenomenal reputations to try something new & local. Our reservation was set for 8:30, with reservations available after that time. 5 hours after making my reservation I receive an email stating my reservation was cancelled by the restaurant with No attempts to contact me. When calling the restaurant I spoke to a very young hostess who told me it is a known glitch in their system that Open Table allows for reservations close to closing time (kitchen closing at 9pm) and it is common practice that they just cancel the reservations. She then told me I would have to make my reservation for earlier; which is not conducive to my work schedule. We rushed from work to be able to make it for 7:45pm.We were met by a group of servers/ manager/ hostess at the hostess stand who obvioulsy had little to do and were texting and hanging out. When we sat the server was less than personable, didnt offer the service we expected nor did he have much insight to the dishes offered. Appetizers came out cold, main course was good. Will most likely not be back due to the poor service and overall experience.

As soon as I got here at 4pm, there were so many people. I had 5 other friends coming so I waited at the bar and grabbed a cabernet. The bartender, Marie, is so nice and sweet. She kept me company and at the same time, took care of bar business. Please at least stop by the bar to say hello to Marie on Saturdays. She works only that day. Now we 6 were sets at a nice booth in the back and we were not disappointed. We had the calamari, deep fried mozzarella, and the meatballs. They were all delicious with their respective sauces. We moved over to the entrees... from stek, striped bass and shrimp in spicy pink sauce and the linguini with frutti di mare. Omg, all were tasty. Even John our waiter took goof care care of us. He went out of his way to make us all feel special. The broccoli rabe was so tasty!! We needed the wait staff to carry us to the car, we were all so full. The portions are big and the decor is really nice They even have a patio to eat outside as well. I highly recommend to eat here!!

I called about 5 minutes in advance to see if there were any available seating for 2, they said yes no wait. There was a wait, a 45 minute wait in fact. Next, we waited an extended length to even order the appetizers. My waiter was pleasant, although I noticed management did not station him appropriately as he was waiting tables across the room which is probably why it took so long to receive a simple salad. Now for the food, it had horrible presentation, and lacked flavor as well as the chicken being dry. The manger constantly gabbed among customers he knew, and sat in the booths and tables to distract from non existent service. When this manager asked how our meal was we told him the truth, horrible. He took it offensively and became defensive and nasty about it; very unprofessional from a "manager." This restaurant definitely put a bitter taste in my mouth, never to return.

I would not go back to this restaurant if the food was free. I had a 7 pm reservation. I did not get seated until 8:20. When I questioned the manager about not seating on time he blew me off and told me I did not have a reservation and was very rude and nasty about it. We ordered our appetizers at 8:50 and did not et them until 9:30. At which point when it came time to order the main meal I lost my appetite. It was way too late to be eating at that time. I must say the waitress was very professional but due to the condescending attitude of the manager and his lack of professionalism I would highly recommend for anyone considering to go there to think twice and go somewhere else where you have a manager who cares about you and doesnt blow you off.

Terrible service and attitude. Made reservations in advance and did not honor terms and time frame. Then waited once seated extended length to even get served drinks forget even getting a refill on something as simple as water it was none existent. The wait staff and mangers lacked attentiveness to customers and clearly struggled through the night to keep up. Food was terrible and lacked any flavor and presentation. Look else where there are plenty of other places out there. Stop jumping in customers booths and tables to distract from non existent service and go to hollywood if you want to be an actor. We as customers want good food and good service.
