The employee at the phone is rude and insulting. Orders are never correct and there is always a one item missing (twice this happened) and they will say “you lie ““I put in myself”. Other times I ordered a small item and got charged for the large and again, No apology or correction just. I will send you free egg roll next order. I have hade it! We work for our money and deserve respect from the business we choose endorse. I say take your egg roll and put it where the sun don’t shine! I would rather drive and pick up from someone who is honest and respects there customers than give thieves and liars my business. Never again.

Empires service has drastically suffered since the change in management. I never was dissatisfied with the old service but now I feel a pin of regret each time I order from there. For example, I am staring at my lunch special order of General Tso Tofu with brown rice (which they charged me a dollar extra for when I clearly stated I would like to SUBSTITUTE the pork fried rice) and it came with only two pieces of broccoli. wtf. They have brown rice now. Thats all I can say in their defense.

Phone in an order of chicken wings with pork fry rice, when food arrived the wings were cut, which I didnt asked them to do. Plus the pieces did not add up to 4 wings and tasted like they siiting all day. I returned the order and the young lady at the counter did seem to undrestand what I was talking about. She reluctantly replace the order, her attitude stunk. There was no apology. I will not order from this restaurant ever again. I like to feel my business is appreciated.

they have the worst customer service in the area. they dont listen, speak bad english and get mad it you for not understanding them. cut me off half way through my order and had the nerf to charge me 14.00 bucks for a meal and stated no more lunch special. they need a class on customer service, they are on every corner we have a large selection to choose from!

Dont go here their food is 15% food and the rest crap. Sesame chicken, gso chicken and sweet and sour is fried corn starch trust me Ive bought it, opened it up and saw no chicken.
