I am not a hard customer to please and I normally wouldnt even bother writing a negative review but this establishment messed up my order and then handled fixing it with such a lack of professionalism that I had to. I ordered two chicken gyro platters- one with sauce on the side. I received two platters, both with no sauce and one sauce container in the bag. The sauce in the bag turned out to not even gyro sauce IT WAS BLEU CHEESE. I called and complained and they asked if I wanted another sauce delivered but both gyros had already been ruined with the BLEU cheese. They made two mistakes, so the man on the phone said he would send two new gyros. When the food arrived the delivery man looked in the bag and saw some fries eaten and insisted that he couldnt replace the food because it was ALL there. Mind you, I never mentioned anything to them besides a problem with the gyros - I didnt even know they would replace the fries. Either way it was ridiculous that I was made to defend myself for eating some of the fries of the food I payed for and ended up having a problem with. I had to go back and forth with them for 10+ minutes before being given my replacement food. I will never be ordering from this restaurant again and I wouldnt advise you to either.

I had ordered some food from here one night and fell asleep because they took so long. I woke up the next day with missed calls. I couldnt believe I fell asleep but mistakes happen. I called the place to apologize and to see if they can resend the order for that same day so I can have for later. The guy on the phone immediately became upset at me when he realized it was me from last night. He told me he doesnt like that why would I do that and expressed how he had to throw the food away and this is all before I got a chance to tell him what I wanted to do. I told him that was my mistake can you let me finish what I was saying. He told me hes going to void it out and hung up the phone. At that point I was very upset I called back and asked for the store manager. I told him how rude his associate was and he didnt seem to care either. If I could give this place a 0 I would theyre very rude people and disrespectful to their customers and just for this I will NEVER order from here again.

Ordered here twice during a stay at a local hotel. First time, the food arrived an hour and ten minutes after I called. The food is good, the portions are generous, and very reasonably priced. Its open late, which is nice. The delivery sucks. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered the second time. It showed up and hour and twenty minutes later this time. Also, with no plasticware for a large salad and a pizza roll. Knowing the customer is in a hotel. Should just stick to carryout or hire more drivers. Cant complain about the food though. Id order it again for carry-out only, because I could probably get places in queens to get to me faster.

Nice menu and a lot of things made to order just for you. Everything Ive tried I would have again. They make some of the best spinach pie Ive ever had. If youre just looking for pizza theirs is good. Pasta entres are fabulous and portions are large. My favorite, gyros the souvlaki is also great. So I often order the combination.

I just ordered food from them, the lamb gyro platter and 2 corn on the cobs. The food was good, but I think way too over priced at $22.00. Therefore, I gave them 4 stars. Nevertheless, I would recommend their food.
