We all know that KFC is disgusting, and it goes without saying that any combination of KFC with another fast food franchise is going to be extra gross and seedy, but to pair up KFC with the monstrosity that is Taco Bell is just asking for big trouble. It is basically a prefect storm of filth. Now, I will be the first to admit that if I am ordering food at a KFC it is because I am already pretty depressed and feeling self-destructive--or because the CVS was all out of stool softeners--but the least that the KFC corporation can do is to ensure that the greasy paper bucket of mushy, salty, toilet-stink-meat-parts Im ordering meets their usual standards of degradation and ineptitude. So, when I say that the staff at this place is out of control, over-the-top dirty, I do so with the knowledge that it is silly of me to have been shocked. I should not have been shocked by the odor, the smears of food on faces, the dribbles of sauces spattering their uniforms, the urine stains, the slurred speech and unfocused eyes, the bare feet, the unbuckled pants, the openly defiant flatulence--and yet I was shocked. I guess Im just not tough enough to eat at KFC any longer.

Worst experience at any fast food restaurant (or ANY restaurant, for that matter) in my life. Ordered a 3-piece Extra Crispy meal at 7:30 PM. Was told Id have to wait "2 minutes." After 10 minutes the cashier saw I was still waiting, apologized, and said "its not my fault," and passed the buck to someone else. The manager came out and apologized, saying that shed "gone in the back and didnt know about the order." About 10 minutes later I was still waiting and was told "its not my fault" again by the cashier and manager. I watched as dozens of customers went through the drive-thru and entered and left the store with their orders. At 8:06 PM, after 36 minutes, I still hadnt received my food. I asked for my money back and left. Needless to say, it was both the first time and last time I will ever visit that location. And now I have a horror story to tell for the rest of my life.

YO QUERO QUALITY SERVICE this place is terrible. dont even think about going through the drive thru after they close the doors because they will literally screw up anything you order, no excuse me. they wont screw it up they just dont care enough to make it correctly. i can literally recall going there with my husband who ordered a crunchwrap supreme that was uncooked and not even closed and when we decided to drive back around and show the lady in the drive thru she told us "well, some people like it that way" please show me where those people live because they have obviously kept this place in business seeing that everyone knows how awful this place has been since its opened. i guess since that "yo quero" dog died theres nobody in charge to teach them how to make the tacos correctly.

Ignoring customers, pretending as if the store is closed is a terrible business model. The man pictured should be stripped of a job. He is a fracture to the backbone of America. I am appalled, disgusted, and outraged by his actions. He stared at me, point blank, and turned away to prepare his own personal meal. This will be the last time I ever stop at this location, and I will do my best to make sure everyone I come into contact with stays away as well.

Every time I go, the service is ridiculously slow. Ill be the only one in line and my order takes 5 minutes to take, even when Im ordering two things. They make you wait when you pull up to the drive thru, then when they ask you what you want, they repeat it back several times and still miss or forget things. Theyre always rude and the food is never hot. Dont waste your time or money.

Employees on their phone and Im waiting to order.. Its the middle of the day on mothers day . why did they run out of potatoes wedges? Only the drive through guy Julio did a good job. He actually came to the front desk while his co workers were in the phone. Thank you Julio!
