First time here, I was handed a cup to fill my drink with in one of those new Coca-Cola vending machines and selected a vitamin water… As Im pouring a drink I noticed that syrup was splashing out onto my hand, so I grab some napkins and try to wipe myself off, (my hand was still orange after wiping and washing, and in fact it still is three hours later). after I finish my meal I went to dispose of my garbage and noticed that the syrup didnt just spray onto my hand, but had sprayed on my shirt (around my stomach) and ruined it. At first they had no intention to offer any compensation, but later I spoke with Erick the manager and we where able to work out an arrangement.

Start with their drive thru menu which is not illuminated and makes it very difficult to see. Its been that way for a while. Tried their fish and shrimp combo and it was gross. If youre able to get thru all the breading (because thats mostly what it is) the fish tasted like a salty over cooked piece of rubber, and is not like I was offered any type of sauce to maybe drown it in. TARTAR SAUCE POPEYES, FISH GOES WITH TARTAR SAUCE, shouldnt be any need to ask. Save your money and if you insist on having fried fish maybe try the LONG JOHN SILVERS in Melville on 110.

This was the worst experience ever any ANY Popeyes. After bringing the BAD chicken tenders back to the counter the girl offered to replace the dark brown fried stuff on my platter with fresh tenders. No thanks. Will never eat here again

Love poppyes, but every time I come here to this one they forget something literally every time... Sometimes its food... Other times even if asked for at the window it is forgotten... Food is also cold/old a lot of the time

Hit the spot. Nothing greasy, totally soft dark meat chicken. Perfect biscuit as always. Only 1 person at counter taking orders during lunch, waited 10 minutes. Thats alright, Im a patient guy.

I like Popeyes but he staff in place is terrible. Everytime Ive been there the service is terrible. They look at you and walk away. Wont be back to that location.

Long wait ...needs more staff . FALSE Advertisements they have old promotions posted and dont honor it and always say we told our manager already .
