This Popeyes doesnt represent the name of the brand at all. The location is bright and well lit, but the brightness stops there. The staff that works there are a bunch of immature people who are there to just bum a check from the Popeye brand. My wife and I went there to simply purchase an apple pie, and a water, and were met with an incompetent & an impatient Drive-thru attendant. After waiting for 4 minutes without being noticed, we tried to drive out, to only be stuck behind another customer dealing with the same poor service. We requested a manager, to only be met with a lackadaisical store manager who really didnt care either way. This location sucks, and doesnt deserve my hard earned money. For all those that live in the vicinity, be for warned that the staff, doesnt even acknowledge that your money pays their minimum wages.

The manager I believe was really rude , I asked for my food to be in on a tray and she bagged it up with no spoons , and they forgot our biscuits. Gladly , we were in the restaurant and not in the drive thru. I witnessed that a customer was really angry and gave her back a piece of chicken she didnt want , the manager grabbed it with her bare hand and put the chicken in the tray to resell . I will not be coming back .

Thought I love me some cajon rice, the wait was just to long, The counter staff moves so slow you food would get cold just going from the hot plate to the counter. The place was also not clean with over flowing trash cans and dirty table tops. After a 5min wait and not moving much on the line I walked out.

Ive been living near there for years. The manager is an asshat who doesnt know how to treat customers. And the policy there is to hoard/charge for sauces. Its too bad because some of the employees are nice. Hate this place.

Waited almost 25 minutes just to get a 2 piece chicken combo, with only 5 people in line. Customer service leave something to be desired, otherwise great tasting food.
