I went there two years ago and have not gone back ever since. I ordered a bagel with vegetable cream cheese. As I took my first bites, I thought nothing of the bagel. I ended up biting into something really hard and sharp that I felt grind my teeth. I spit it out and saw that it was something porcelain looking mixed into cream cheese . I immediately went to an employee to explain what I found in bagel and he didnt even apologize and offered a free sandwhich next time i come in. The owner was just staring at me as if it my fault that happend and he didnt apologize either. I never went back and not even for the free sandwhich. I`m surprised this place is still open.

TERRIBLE SERVICE- SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I called there to place four salad orders that I had faxed over to them prior to me calling them. I needed it to be delivered to my company for myself and my co-workers and the man on the other end of the phone was sarcastic, rude and then told me he didnt have time to enter 3 cards right because its lunch time and he doesnt want to do it.--The workers seem very uninterested, miserable and not willing to provide great or just customer service period. The man who answers the phone is clearly incompetent and can not multi task -TERRIBLE SERVICE- SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I went in early on a Sunday morning. Dee, at the counter greeted me with a great smile and upbeat personality. Her enthusiasm, kindness and friendliness was contagious and she was focused on me and taking my order correctly, although the phone was ringing. I told her that great customer service is missing these days and that I wanted to acknowledge her for outstanding customer service! I have been to Sachem Deli about 2 other times...Dee didnt work there when I went. I will definitely be back! Also, their Hungry Man hero was delicious!!!!

Omg I ordered cream of chicken soup tuna on rye and the sandwich comes with a salad. Cream of chicken soup was more like yellow water. The tuna was so dry I couldnt swallow it. The rye bread was even hard . Lastly the macaroni salad well put it this way the eatery mayo was at the bottom. Apparently this deli waters the hell out of everything cause they are too cheap. I dont recommend eating anything at this place. My dumb boyfriend I sent in there and he couldnt even see how brown the tuna was. I wasted $25 there.

Highway robbery. Who the hell charges extra for lettuce and tomato on a sandwich... And no explanation for the overcharging beyond that... I got charged close to 12 bucks for what should have been under 10 according to the menu, even with the absurd charge for the lettuce and tomato....

They make a great breakfast sandwich and you can order breakfast anytime during the day which is a plus to me. Most delis only serve breakfast up to 11 AM. They also make a great Roast Beef sandwich.

Unfortunately delivery time is a little long of a wait but the wait is worth it. The food is amazing! The overstuffed sandwiches are exactly that and you cant beat the price!
