While camping at Roudout Valley Campeground we were invited to dinner with our neighbor camper , we had homemade Buffalo chicken , potato and onion, potato and cheddar cheese Pierogies with homemade extra garlic Polish kielbasa cooked over a campfire. Served with sourcream . Everything was so delicious that we went and bought our own.

Best pierogis and kiełbasy ever. Amazing selection of pierogies with great flavors like jalapeño and the traditional Ruskie pierogi (cheese and potato) and blueberry pierogies. 3 different types of kiełbasa. Everyone is friendly and the food is great. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers. We are regulars and we love it.

Ive been buying pierogies from Helena for at least 20 years, maybe longer. Their foods are all delicious, authentic and always perfectly prepared..I dont begrudge a 80-mike round trip to bring home a couple of dozen fresh pierogies with various fillings...

We found Helenas while visiting from Philadelphia and were so happy we did. The best pierogies weve ever had and such a friendly staff. We liked them so much we made it a point to stock on our way home.
