Worst customer service experience Ive ever had at a fast food store. Food was OK though. My friend and I went to order just some chicken, some sides, and a #11 combo (popcorn shrimp). They only had coleslaw (no green beans or corn). No problem. I want a coke no ice as a drink, the cashier asks if my friend wants a drink with her chicken, "no drink please". We get our order, sit down, and hey - no drink. I ask for my drink (that I paid for as part of my combo) and try to politely explain that my friend wanted no additional drink for herself. The manager tell us to "stop arguing" and asks us to pay the difference, and I happily but begrudgingly oblige. I checked my receipt - I was charged for a combo which includes a drink. The cashier removed the drink manually. The cashier was very pleasant and I really did not raise my voice or go a single sentence without saying "Sorry", "Its ok", "I dont understand, could you please explain", "Thank you". I paid for my drink, I dont mind. But why did the manager have to be so rude?

Really random service n food. They steal the quantity of chicken n shrimp from deals without remorse. When I called from home, n spoke to manager she forwarded me to cashier, who said I will give you next time. Whats going on is there some chicken n shrimp loans going on. Product is stale at times. Quality deteriorating progressively. Appetite killers, dont go there.
