We just left your establishment. There was 3 of us, the service was less than satisfactory. I have eaten and enjoyed many times. Today was a disaster. I didnt know what waitress was ours, we had 3 different waitresses. One didnt know what the other was doing. We sat down and ordered oir drinks, we waited almost 10 minutes for a waitress. We eventually asked one that was strolling by if she could take our order. The waitresses were standing at the register behind the door eating. They were chewing the food in their mouth while they were approaching the next table. One of you waitresses had a shirt on, and you could see her bra and bra straps. There were young kids in the restaurant, she needs to cover herself better. It took so long for our food to arrive we needed to ask for a carryout box for my mother-in-law. There was garbage and food all over the floor next to us. We had to go to the waitress to pay our bill. I did ask if they were short handed and the waitress said yes I did not see a manager and the girls said they were cooking the orders. While leaving we noticed there was a different waitress and some gentleman sitting on the patio, he was drinking a beer. Not happy, wont be back.

I generally only write good reviews but this is to adjust the crazy positive reviews of this place, which lured us in. Service was so SLOW. 2 hours for lunch. The pizza was horrible. I compare this pizza to Dominos. The person that said it was Jersey Shore good must be a family member and from Wisconsin. Im from Jersey and this stuff was not edible. The "taco" was a burrito!!! Dont call it a friggin taco. It would be like ordering lasagna and getting spaghetti. The response was well that is how we make taco around here. The sandwich was good no complaints there.

I came into the Brick Oven for the first time the other day with my husband and sat at the bar to eat and have a few drinks. The bartended was a male and I believe his name was Zach, he was such a sweetheart and a total cutie. He was very personable with us and the other customers around us. Very enjoyable experience having him serve my husband and I. He made great drinks and he was very quick to refill us without us having to ask. The food was great as well and was some of the best pizza we have ever had, we will definitely be back in soon.

Wasnt expecting fabulousness but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and flavor of the pizza. Generous pies and good brews on draft. What more can you ask for? Well, actually... More than one toilet in the bathroom. Sort of odd that a pub/pizzeria only had one single bathroom so you have to line up awkwardly in the entryway. If there were more loos on premises, there ought to be a sign indicating such, too.

Waited 10-15 min to be seated. And then another 10 min to get drinks and place our order. When the meal came after another 15 min they had forgotten one of the kids meals which then took another 5 to get out. Drinks never got refilled. Will not be going there again

Pizza was amazing, service was great an amazing stop for a road trip all around excellent. At first when I walked in there a couple of characters that made me nervous but overall they werent as scary as they looked. Took a picture for all to see.

My boyfriend and I always come here and we absolutely love it. We have had almost everything on the menu and havent been disappointed yet. Delicious food and really nice servers. The bartenders also make really good drinks. Highly recommend

horrible horrible horrible service! Got my order completely wrong. Overpriced and rude service! The girl was so nasty on the phone about getting my order wrong I just hung up. Will never go here again 16$ for a sub I didnt order??? Nuts

Great drinks! great prices! damn good food! Do your self a favor and stop in get a mixed drink order and hang out while you wait. Honestly have been looking for a good place on the island and i definitely found one.

Angela was unbelievably attentive.. I didnt have to wait more than 10 seconds for another drink.. Polite, well spoken professional. One of the best bartenders Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting.
