This is how Chinese food should be, The restaurant it self is the typical gaudy American chinese style design, but the food is scrumptous! I love their boneless spare ribs, and all of their specials are great. They are different from other places in that the meat it self is fresh and tastes as though it were just cooked, and not over cooked as seems to be the case for most places. I personally love this place! The chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce here is amazing! As is the chicken and beef with orange flavor as well as the sesame chicken... well you get the idea. I love all their dishes. They give you plentiful, and its always high quality meats cooked well. Shocker for most chinese restaurants. Personally I like this restaurant better then Jade Fountain that seems to get a lot of hype in my neighborhood

I wish I could put 0 stars. I ordered my food at 10:04pm, within 20 minutes I got the out for delivery text, waited past the estimated wait time 10:55pm - no food. Called Grubhub, they called the restaurant - restaurant said it was out for delivery and ETA 11:33pm. Waited till 11:45 - no call no show and took my money! And they stopped answering the phone. This place is absolutely the worst for customer service and business. They were so quick to take the money out of my account but not to deliver my food!! Even if I got my food 2 hours is a crazy wait time. People of Queens, avoid this Chinese restaurant there are many others in the neighborhood with respect for customers, that are cheaper too.

The only reason I eat here is because I work near this place. I live in the neighborhood, but I would never order from here on my day off. The people in here are very nasty and sometimes rude. Tables are always dirty. Sometimes the food comes out good and fresh, but for the most part the sauces are burnt, too thick, and taste bad. The shrimp are not deveined properly, and the chicken is sometimes very tough to chew through. Very poor service and customer recognition.

They are the worst place to eat, Their food is not fresh, They yell at you when they make a mistake with your order. Their driver is wreckless on the road, He nearly ran over a kid because he was speeding and ignored the stop sign. They call customers and harrass them. They are not worth going to. If you want a place that has healthier food go to Asian Chef on Francis Lewis Blvd. Its a cleaner restaurant and they dont use msg and clean their kitchen constantly.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered our food off of grubhub and said 40 minutes for delivery. An hour goes by and we finally get a call. The rude woman on the phone tells us they dont deliver to our location and cant give us a refund. Great. They couldnt have called us and told us that an hour ago? Also they are an 8 minute drive away. So far....

very poor customer service when u call. they also rush you when you are trying to order your food or when they deliver your food they are so rude that they dont want to give you your change before they get a tip .i had to get on one of the delivery guys face because they do this all the time like you aint going to give them a tip.
