I interviewed for a cashier/customer service position a couple weeks ago, everything went great atleast thats what I thought and I was told at the end of the interview that she has a couple more interviews this week and if I dont hear from her by wednesday she decided to hire someone else.....literally the next day I got an email, a freaking EMAIL saying theyve filled the position. This is highly unprofessional, if you dont want to hire someone just tell them to their face dont leave them waiting and then have the balls to send an email the next day!

I walked into this location as my first Panera Bread experience just a week ago, attracted by the commercials on this seasonal salad with strawberries, poppyseed and chicken, but I got lured by a great picture into trying a Lobster sandwich that was pricey but full of plump Lobster meat. So it was worth the price, just not the kind of thing one can afford everyday. Ill try other stuff but bread is not conducive to weight loss so it will have to be in VERY small doses.

The staff are very unprofessional as they stand around talking to each other very loudly while one person does all the work. As for the food, the portions are consistently smaller than any other Panera Bread that I have eaten. Every time I come here no matter what I ordered it always seems that the portions are one third smaller than every other Panera Bread

Im going out of my way to acknowledge the manager Carlos who we t above and beyond for my special needs. Hes very friendly, greeted everyone that walked in and everyone who exited. He also calked the employees by name. He also assisted with my points card so I can get rewards Great service!!!

Whenever I go to the Northvale Panera, I am very satisfied. The staff is excellent, well trained and efficient. I am always served with a smile from cashier to on the line.
