Been eating there for since it opened great food good service. Owner has a attitude. Called about a mistake on a order after it happened 5 times and did not call. This time i called. He offered to remake the meal but it was too late to go back and get it. I told him thank you but just want him to be more on top of the orders and speak to his kitchen staff. Instead of just apologizing and telling me he will do better he argued with me over the fact that i wanted my hero bread on the side and not with the food in it. I tried to explain that i come from 20 min away for the food and it would be a soggy mess if i dont do it this way. None the less it was irrelevant since i was calling about the wrong cheese not my bread as the bread was in the side. Mind you he has made this for me over 100 times with no issue other then the wrong cheese a few times witch happened to be the issue this time as well. I have ordered the same things for years. Then told me he would never make that order for me again and hung up. This is no way to treat your loyal customers who spend $100 + a week there and constantly recommend the food. I have not been back since. It is sad as this was my favorite place to eat. I guess he never heard the expression "the customer is always right even when wrong". But in this case i was right i was not asking for money, credit or anything other then a apology and to speak to his staff.

This place is my wifes go to vegan place. She absolute loves the food here, but tonight the service was horrible. We were seated right away, got our menus and bread and waited 15 for our waitress to take our order. She was busy seating and taking orders from the 3 other tables that came in after us. After watching the busboy play charades trying to tell her to take our order(he doesnt speak English) she went to take drink orders for the other 2 tables. When she finally came to take our order 25 minutes had paased. She forgot our drinks and came out 10 minutes later to tell us they had no more gluten free pasta. They need to hire better workers. The bus boy was awesome so we tipped him. My chicken was like rubber,Ill stick Calzones. The waitress finally came back when we were done eating to see if we needed anything. Needless to say she got nothing for a tip.

I waited 2 hours for my delivery before I called them to hear them tell me there was a problem. Then they offered to send my order for free and it never came. After all that they charged my credit card and I had to get the police department involved to get the 3 Brothers Pizza to issue a refund. My family and I frquented the restaurant quite often since they opened but between the guy who wears glasses and makes the pizzas challenging me to "come down and get it" if I wanted my refund, to the owner John who pretended to be someone else on the phone to avoid this embarrassment, this place lost a customer and business for any group my family represents for life. Complete assholes. BUT the best white pizza around...

First the girl tried charging me $5 and change for a single grandma slice. I questioned it because what slice of pizza is that expensive? Turns out its $3.25. Added a CAN of coke and she tried to charge me $7.00 for a grandma slice and a can of coke. Can of coke is $3.00??? I can go next door to 7 11 and get 2 20 oz BOTTLES of coke for $3.00 which is exactly what I did. The guy behind the counter just kept repeating himself saying coke is expensive (most gas stations sell a single can of coke for $1.00), cokes not that expensive. By the time I actually got back to work to eat, my pizza was ice cold. Not the first time Ive had bad experience here this was the last straw though. Never going back in there again.

Ordered a pizza for pick up. Never had a problem with their food before. Must have been a busy night because when I got home and picked up a slice all of the cheese and sauce decided to deposit itself on the nearest horizontal surface. The dough was so thin and greased up that I considered eating pizza with a fork. Never had a problem before and their pizza oven is separate from their dining kitchen, so Im not sure why the pizza was done so poorly. I even saw the cook lift the pizza in the oven to check on the crust. Extremely poorly done on their part. If it was an honest mistake then I would dine there again but I saw the cook check the pizza to see if it was good to go.

Long time customer is becoming disappointed with food preparations. Last delivery (tempeh portobello) was not prepared as described on the menu and Im familiar with the dish. The tempeh wasnt even pan fried and it came with green peppers - eh. Went in today and the tofu crab cakes were not served with tartar sauce. The staff attempted to convince me thats the new tartar sauce and it seemed more like a spin on the greek salad dressing. Who wants watery sauce on crunchy crab cakes? Nobody, and the taste was off. Spoke to my friend who had brunch recently and she said the Hollandaise sause was off. Hope you address these issues as its a very convenient location.

I see there are a lot of great reviews, but the food we got was a huge let down. We ordered both vegan & non vegan options and were not happy with any of it. I had a salad which was just okay, but the Italian dressing looked & tasted like store bought rather than house made, (of course I couldnt say for sure, but thats how it tasted). The regular pizza was also just okay. From the vegan menu we got a meatball parm hero and mozzarella sticks, lets just say not even half of either was eaten. Parking was also difficult & its small inside so if you do opt to try this place I would consider take out, but then again I would just opt out!

Went her on New Years Eve for Dinner about 6:00 PM. Only negative is parking is a real problem, small lot. Service was very slow due to a packed house and only one waiter. That being said the staff (counter and waiter) were very friendly and polite. Food was really amazing. They ask when first seated if any vegan menus needed or regular. We have calamari which was really good. some personal pizza and chicken and shrimp parm entrees. Salads were fresh and crisp. All dishes were really good to excellent in quality and taste. I plan on going back and am recommending to any and all.

I found this gem today and cant wait to go back! As a new vegan, I happened upon 3 Brothers and was blown away by their menu! The bread and vegan butter was amazing. The butter tasted better than dairy butter. I ordered a Caesar salad for starters and it was delicious as was the dressing, croutons and vegan parmesan! Then came the Margherita pie! The crust was thin, crisp and perfect. The sauce and daiya cheese was mouth watering. Honestly it was the best pizza I ever ate. This small pie for $14 was too much food for two of us so luckily I have leftovers.
