Came here on a weekend with a group of 4. We only had to wait about 15 minutes before getting seated. Once nice thing was they sat 2 of us first and allowed us to wait for the other 2 to arrive. They were nice about. I got their breakfast/brunch special: Angelinas Marinated Shell Steak with steak fries, bialy, orange juice, and coffee. The steak was a big disappointment. I ordered it medium rare. It came medium. That wasnt my main concern. My main concern was that the steak was soggy. Like it had been boiled. It wasnt seasoned at all. It was a let down. The steak fries were as expected. Lots of potato. Not overly fried. Seasoned well. I wouldnt say these are the best steak fries Ive ever had but I would probably recommend the chili cheese steak fries instead of steak fries on the side. The bialy was decent. They probably dont make it in house but it was okay. They didnt put enough garlic in the center of the depression and they put the butter in the depression as well. For future people, I would recommend getting the butter on the side so you can spread it throughout the bialy. Otherwise it is just concentrated in the center and doesnt taste that good. The bread was a little chewy. I ordered my eggs over easy and they executed that perfectly. The vegetables was overly oily. I also got a chance to try their chili cheese steak fries and I thought it tasted good. All the cheese was melted and they didnt hold back on the beans/chili. The fresh squeeze orange juice was amazing. Practically no pulp. However, I suspect that they added quite a bit of sugar to the mix. I could be wrong but I highly doubt they could find such sweet oranges in the month of October. The coffee was eh. Just diner coffee. Little watered down. It was really hard for me to rate this place because of the poor execution on the steak but with amazing orange juice (dear to my heart). I ultimately decided that execution and technique is more important than my orange juice. Because they are known for their 7oz burger, I expect them to know how to cook meat. I saw them cooking their burgers and it seemed like they were executing them well. One thing to note is that those patties are HUGE. Despite their shortcomings, I will come back here and try their burger and see if they can execute that properly. In terms of service, it was excellent. They were attentive to your needs despite the busyness. One thing they can improve upon is the ventilation of the diner. It was very stuffy, lots of smoke from the grill, and not a lot of ventilation.

Food was really Good. Ordered a waffle and 2 orders of bacon and they were both good. I liked the waffle because it was a very light waffle but yet, extremely filling. My friend, was raving about this place all the way there and on the way out. The Decor is literally old diner style, all the way down to you being able to play the JukeBox at your table. some people would love this style of decor, other would be turned off by it. I am the Latter. But again, its a well designed old style diner decor. Service was stellar. if I could improve it in any way, i would want the watress to not be in such a hurry to get things done. Its good because if we were in a hurry she would of be Completely satisfactory. Since we werent, It was kinda weird. But maybe thats just the new yorker style that im not quite used to since its my first day in town.

I came here the other day during restaurant week for dinner and I must say three stars not only for the meals but for the men. I finally found it... the place where all the good looking men in NY work. My waiter was hot. The waiters were hot. The doorman was hot. Everyone was hot. I got flushed. I get intimidated when Im in a room full of hot men who are serving me food. As my friend and I were coming up to the entrance we were greeted by a good looking gentleman in a top hat and long red coat who then proceeded to swing the revolving doors for us. "Were definitely getting a picture with him when we leave" my friend said and later, we did. It is now my desktop background. The whole place reeked of extravagance with its large paintings and red decor. After being seated, we met our Russian model. I mean our waiter.

If you are going to go to Jackson Hole, this is the location you need to make a destination. The Queens Jackson Hole is like a diner with seating at the counter and an open kitchen. I will never forget my first Jackson Hole experience. I watched the cook contain my meat in a silver flying saucer dome. This sealed in all the juices. The burgers are practically steam fried. It was a challenge to eat my way through the burger but it was well worth it. Burgers not your thing? Jackson Hole is also famous for their breakfast. Naps are mandatory afterward.

This has been one of my favorite spots for over 25 years. I was 20 years old working for Eastern Airlines at LGA when I was introduced to the then 1/2 lb burgers. Its been a love affair ever since. The breakfast menu is a go-to anytime of day or night. Get the burger the way you like it (use the menu as a guide but youre not married to it). I highly recommend the Belgium Waffles with fresh fruits. The milkshakes are the real deal and they dont skimp on giving you the extra ice cream either. Make this a stopover on your next layover.

A great place for a thick and juicy 7 oz. hamburger with a huge variety of available toppings. Our party of five all chose different burgers and each one was delicious in its own way. Some of the choices include: blue cheese, friend onions, sautéed mushrooms, guacamole, etc. Note to purists: they serve Pepsi here, not Coke. Another nice drink option: freshly squeezed orange juice. We had a late lunch (around 2:00 p.m.) on a weekday in mid-December and were seated right away. The atmosphere is a classic 1950’s diner. Highly recommended.

For 11 years I saw this Jackson Hole location near La Guardia airport and finally I took the time to check it out for breakfast with the family. I had no idea they were known for their burgers until now, so will need to go back for that. Anyway, yeah, solid place for sure. Pricey though. $35 for my wife and I to have breakfast. But it was certainly good. Old-timey, Route 66 feeling is a plus. Love the classic cash register. Crayons and coloring placemat for our toddler to doddle with. Fun family place.

Amazing burgers, they are enormous, bring your appetite! We have been to a couple Manhattan locations before, but this was even better, staff was wonderful, and food not to be beat. They also gave us complimentary fresh squeezed orange juice, was almost tempted to order breakfast to have another glass of juice. There was a bit of a wait for a table, but we did arrive at lunchtime so not surprising. We enjoyed the old school diner building and juke boxes which gives it an authentic diner experience!

I feel like with burgers in its name, a burger is enough to rate this place on. The thing fell apart instantly. I mean exploded. I was starving so used fork to eat it but ya... bottom bun was basically non existent, and youd be crazy to think someone could eat this thing. Im a pretty burly dude and no stranger to big burgers. Anyone that likes these burgers needs to get on 78 west and check out clinton station diner in NJ. I woulda told my waiter all of this but he never returned to my table.
