I travel for work, so I eat at Panera sites very often, all around the country. Ive been using the kiosks that most Paneras seem to have now, and it seems to be very smooth and my highly customized salads are almost always done just the way Ive ordered them. This Panera has no kiosks and was very busy when I was there, so I ordered from the table, using my phone and their online ordering system. I wasnt given an option for "Order from Table", as that was greyed out. All that was available was "Rapid Pickup", so I ordered, then told the staff that I didnt want the order to-go. They made me a great salad, even though they were so very busy. It was enjoyable. Thank you!

I am never really impressed with the quality of food or service at this location. Here is a picture of the disgusting sandwich I received last time I was there. It had the paper underneath and it was just literally thrown together with no care. This has happened a few times. Also at this time the girl who took my order was rude and kept interrupting me like there was a huge line... I was the only one. The worst part was she was a trainer.

I ordered a tomato and mozzarella Panini. It basically consisted of two pieces of bread three slices of tomato, barely any spinach, and the little cheese there was, was stuck to the bag. If I didnt live nine miles away, I wouldve returned it. For $6+ this so called panini is a joke. So I had bread for brunch. In fairness to Panera, I always get this sandwich at another location and its great. I am solely speaking about this location.

Normally panera is one of my favorite places to eat, but lately my paninis have been a little burned. It didnt bother me that much, but when I went through the drive thru today and ordered one after work my entire panini was black. Both the one for me and my mom. The bottom was black and nothing else. I will be calling about this, once I put the kids to sleep, but I am very upset that the paninis were black

This place is a real crapper. Which includes the store manager. What a dick!!! Hes so greedy. What a bastart. They give you half the size of a baguette that other Panera Bread locations give you. To top it all of if you buy 2 half items they charge you the full price for them not the pick 2 price like other Penera locations charge. This all circles back to the store manager. What a greedy bastard.

Amazing organic food at the right price. Looking to do homework or have a meeting, Panera is thee spot to do that and more. Why not enjoy a delicious bagel or pastry near the fireplace inside or out on the patio during the summer months! Wonderful staff and always happy to help they will accommodate your every need!

Kind of disappointed. We have visited this location on a couple different occasions for a mother dauther date. The sandwich while yummy were made carelessly. Bread slices didnt match up. The avacodo was 1 large hunk. And the cashier didnt offer to warm our deserts or ask if we had a Panera card

Went to get creamer for my coffee and waited for one of the cooks to get his. To my surprise he emptied the rest of the creamer into a side cup and walked away not caring to refill the canister. I had to ask him to please refill the empty creamer canister.

There are a few of these around this area. However, this location has always been the best. Quickest turn around time for orders, never has gotten my order wrong, and just generally nice staff. And, food at all Paneras is good.

To-Go orders are always correct and on-time, if not early! I enjoy that this location now has the kiosks to order from! The atmosphere in this location is a little dated compared to the Walden Ave. location.

Good food but way overpriced for what you get. Classic salad has a nice dressing. Soups are decent. Worth going to buy not a great value.
