I really like Taco Bell, but every time I go to the one in Lockport Im disappointed. Whenever I order any kind of burrito, its always half meat or beans and the other half of it is all toppings, whether its rice, veg, sour cream, or cheese. If they would just roll it right it would be fine, but they never seem to be able to. Its not really appetizing to get a mouthful of just sour cream. It also doesnt help that the drive thru is extremely slow. Ive been there multiple times with only one or two cars ahead of me and it has taken almost 45 minutes. Theres something going wrong when it comes to execution. If they could get that right it would be fine

The food is good, but the service is horrible. We were the only ones in line (my husband, my two daughters and myself) and no one came to the counter for over five minutes, not even a "Ill be over in a minute." They were only making food for one other customer (didnt appear anyone was in the drive through). Once the gentleman did come take our order there was no apology for the long wait. Once the order was placed, it took 12 minutes for it to come out.. It was a dead Tuesday night in the restaurant and drive through and there were five visible workers. Was very unimpressed with the scenario.

Thursday July 27 2017 at 12:30p.m. I ordered 2 beefy five layer burritos...they served the order super fast and was HOT!!! The way I like it...melted cheese on the inside and hot(not spicy but temp) i just loved the visit today!! Kudos for everything!! This is the way it supposed to be!!!

My tacos were horrible. Only a dash of lettuce & few pieces of tomato. 1/8 tsp of ground beef. Was the kid making it taking the $$ out of his own pocket to make it?? Come on, I paid all that for a tbsp of lettuce & tomato. I am so disappointed I will never go back!!!!

Nothing was cooked, they didnt get my order right 3 times!!! Im eating a quesadilla with sprinkled cheese on it... Not even melted one bit!!! All the employees were fighting with each other non the less! Horrible. Never again!

Staff is mediocre and managers gossip with them behind the counter. Associates seem to get agitated when they have to work. Unfriendly environment other than the cashier at the counter she was very nice.

Love taco Bell......have for a long time. Most of the time the people who work here get your order wrong. Food is still good but its a mess to figure out. Not this location. They are perfect.
