I ordered a combo with fried rice and a pint of lo mien at 10 minutes after 6 pm on a friday. I was told that it would be 1/2 hour. I arrived 35 minutes later to find that they hadnt even started cooking my order. After standing there for another 25 minutes they give me a combo with the lo mien and no fried rice. Instead of apologizing and correcting the order that cost $9.13, I was asked if I wanted to pay $2.00 more to get the fried rice. I stated no never mind its been an hour since I first placed my order. So if you expect to get what you asked for in the time frame promised by the restaurant, go somewhere else for the Chinese food.

Terrible service. I called at 5:28pm and the woman said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 6:00pm to two children under the age of ten running the counter with no adult in sight. They said they dont have my order and their mother left. She arrives back after ten minutes of waiting, acknowledges that she remembers me calling and placing the order and that it will be finished in a few minutes. Finally at 6:20 my takeout order was ready...50 minutes later. I received no apology or explanation.

I have been going here for about a year and while the food is usually good I have had too many bad experiences recently. Just last night my wife found a dead bug in her food. We have seen hair in it before but went back because its the only one in the area. This was a mistake and one I will not repeat. If you eat here be very careful of what you are putting in your mouth

The people who own/run this place are great. Wonderful service. In terms of Chinese take-out, their food is always 110%. Ive eaten here about 30 times in the last five years, and evey time it has been ExceLLent. Always hot, and ready when they promise. In fact, Im about to order right now. Yum!

Food is great and inexpensive. Unsure how I feel about the small children running the counter. The language barrier can be difficult. But they have always been friendly to us.

We go there almost weekly and get very good tasting food at a great price. The combination dinners are very cost effective. Never had a bad experience.
