We sought out a restaurant with Pho, specifically offering one with chicken. We are not locals and were just driving through. Our visit was on a Saturday about 7:45pm. The place was dead, but it was a little late for dinner. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). We ordered summer rolls with shrimp, steamed pork buns, 12.a pho with tripe, tendon and tenderloin, and 12. F pho with checken. The food was was pretty good, but doesnt match up to our Portland, Oregon pho that we were seeking to replace here on the east coast ( we have yet to find anything comparable.) The broths were not very flavorful. The summer rolls and peanut sauce were delicious. The steamed pork buns were more like pot stickers in the shape of miniature buns. The flavor was good, but definitely not the soft fluffy buns we expected. The service was impeccable. The waitress was so kind and attentive. She did her job well beyond what was expected.

William is the best, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is tastes great! He will deliver in a snow storm and stay open after hours without any pressure to leave. Just like Chinatown in NYC and I am from Brooklyn.
