My first time ever buying from this restaurant was last week, I did a delivery order... couple minutes after ordering a lady called me saying they had no porridge (I had order 2 large porridge) so I was like ok np, I still want the rest of food I order but please refund me back my money for the porridge, she said yes ofc. After receiving the food, 2 hours later I called and the lady said yeah she did it, I was saying maybe because its still pending on my card it will take a while but 4 days after I see nothing, so I called and spoke to a manager who said he was gonna send it over to the owner of the company because after a day the previous orders go away.. its been a week and I still havent got a call and money havent been refunded. I paid for extra food that I didnt got.. its crazy how I paid $47 for a small fry chicken and small oxtail smh because no porridge was included so thats what I basically paid for only. This is my first time and there will never be a 2nd , thats crazy. Advise to all, call to find out what they do got before ordering..

I discovered this restaurant last week and I was pretty impresssed. The food was great, but I noticed every time I go the customer service is horrible. No one greets you or have a welcoming demeanor. Last night I went around 11 and three workers there all just sitting down. I had to ask for them to take my order. A list of other things went on, which caused me to leave without food. As Im leaving I asked an older gentleman who was working on the grill to speak with management. An older Jamaican women came out, I explained to her the situation. She then goes on to say those are her three daughters and one almost broke her hand. She went On and on and on, I knew once she said their her daughters I had already lost the complaint. Family and business dont mix (which I told her). Being that I respect my elders I kindly left without telling her how I really felt about the excuse she insist on telling me. Im going to miss their food....

The most disgusting service I have ever received. My order was placed at 7:20AM according to grubhub I was supposed to have received it by 8:40AM it is now 9:30AM I am pregnant and on bed rest and the food is still not here. When I called to inquire all 3 times the man on the phone came up with lies and stories about how the delivery was on its way. Only to finally confess that the owner of the place is the one that delivers the food and he is not sure when I will receive my food, how is this ok to say to a human being people talk about supporting black business but some black business does not support itself. There is no humility and respect of business when dealing with paying customers. I will never advise anyone to do business with this restaurant 2 1/2 hours later my food is still not here.

I bought three meals there and one of them had a bug in the food. So naturally I chose to bring all three becaus ewhk knows whats in the rest. The "chef" or whoever is in the back said thats not a roach and it just flew in the food it was never cooked with it..... smh then it was a issue to get my refund the other two meals were not even opened but they only refunded me for two out of the there meals. Thats not how you run a restaurant, why would I feel comfortable giving my son food after one of the meals had a bug. So I lost $6 I will NEVER buy from that place again again.

Im Jamaican and very picky when it comes to eating a Jamaican restaurants because I know what things are suppose to taste like but this restaurant is definitely amazing! I used UberEATS for the first time since Im home and very sick and far from disappointed. My food arrived super fast, earlier than it said it was, and that makes a sick person just a little bit happy. I ordered the chicken soup and despite it not having any dumpling in it, the soup is delicious!! Well seasoned and spicy with tons of chicken! I wont hesitate ordering from them again.

Purchased a small brown stew chicken with rice and peas. The chicken was absolutely horrible. The taste that it had had to have been cooked a day or 2 prior. Running a restaurant should serve fresh food daily. If you cant keep up then close up. Wont be returning.

Waited 3 hours for food and called 3 times and they never came... when I called back the 3rd time was told they never spoke to us and dont know what they are talking about. Not well run at all

My food was delicious, and I received it promptly (with my order still being very fresh.) I think I may have found my new favorite spot. Oh, I also ordered on Uber Eats. Super convenient.

The food is so good very well seasoning I ordered from so many Jamaican spots and it disappoints me everytime but this restaurant did its thing. You will get youre money worth

the oxtail doesnt taste like authentic jamaican oxtail. 2) $13.00 for a small bowl when you can get medium for $12.00 at tropical jerk. never again
