Horrible experience. Ordered through GrubHub at 8:50 PM on a MONDAY and waited over 2 hours to have to call the restaurant myself and be told by a nasty hostess that the order was supposedly cancelled 20 minutes after it was placed because they only had 1 driver for the evening and that it was GrubHubs responsibility to call us to let us know. Called GrubHub to confirm that order was never cancelled from the restaurants end. The representative explained although GrubHub assists with placing orders, the restaurant shouldve taken the initiative to call us and inform us about not being able to deliver. After placing a call to them to gain some additional info about the situation, even the GrubHub rep has some choice words for the same belligerent hostess. Never again.
