I went too this restaurant today. Had lunch with my coworker. Paid for my lunch which was overpriced the waitress was nice. The waitress brought the bill too me I paid and I signed the receipt and put the receipt in billfold on the table. I got up to get ready to leave and a male waiter comes over to me with a very rude and abrupt behavior and says to me did you leave a tip. I was about to get the tip together and the male waiter says this is the dining area we suppose to get a tip. This man did not give me a chance to give a tip. I dont know who the hell this man things he is but this is not the way you approach people with this nasty behavior. The man also told me do not come back to this restaurant and next time go eat fried chicken somewhere else so I decided that I am not leaving any tip. The waiter is very rude and nasty he can go to hell I am going to tell everyone I know not to come back to this restaurant. You do not treat people like trash and expect to get away with it. This nasty waiter should not be working with the public. I was really shocked.

Chikurin was one of the first sushi resturants to pop up around here 10-15 years ago if not more. I will not say it is the most creative or most delicious but they are truley good and fresh. They had the same menu forever but if its not broken why fix it right. Of all the times I order from them we never once got sick and the food it always fresh and the rolls arent soggy. They are typical with delivery never had to wait to long. They know how to keep costumers. When they know you order from them frequently they will throw in extra "suprises" in for you. I recommend to order from them. Cant say about their customer service in the resturant only went in a few times and we never had a bad experience. Botton Line: Great Food for the area and still one of the cheaper ones.

The food is good, not better than the sushi next block but good for the price. The waitress in the other hand has zero training on how to treat costumers, rushes to get the order, rushes you to eat, always with an attitude and asks for a high tip when she is literally doing nothing. Worst experience I have ever had with a waitress - I wrote the exact tip I wanted to leave and she stopped me and my girlfriend at the door, blocking our way because she wanted me to leave the tip she wanted which I thought it was too much for the work she did. I have been a customer for 3 years, not going ever back again.

That place is getting worse and worse. We used to like it. Lately its been becoming a dump. Food quality went down. Prices went up. Its always too dark in there. But most of all we dont like the service anymore. You can wait for up to half an hour for a waiter to approach you. Sometimes they pass by, you call them and they just ignore you. And last time, after a service like that, I left an ok tip. about double of the tax. The waitress came back to the table, demanding more... Afraid that was the last time we ever went to that place.

Best little hole in the wall sushi place ever! I honestly think in my 7 years in NY this was without a doubt the best sushi I found. So fresh, great sized rolls. Not a fancy place, very modest appearance, but never was I let down with the quality of the food. I lived around the corner from them for a year, and ordered from them ALOT, fast delivery, the salmon is SO good, good Sashimi, good Avacado Salad, always fresh. Great lunch specials too. These people really know what they are doing, you will not regret going.

I came here with friends a couple of times and the food was great each time! Ive had the bento box, which was standard but still very delicious and well-prepared, as well as the salmon skin roll, one of my absolute favorites. Their fried cheesecake is also an incredibly yummy indulgence! Nothing is outrageously priced, so you can definitely get a good meal without busting your wallet.

I went there on Monday 9/14/2017 with my daughter for the first time and was very pleased the food was delicious and the service was excellent. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The young people who served us was very cordial and helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I dont live in Brooklyn but will return to this restaurant on my next visit to my daughter.

All the food was fresh, but ... we ordered a Love boat for two for $ 39.95, and we were hungry. For example, Tokyo Sushi offers a much larger and tastier for same money. And this not an advertising another restaurant just true story! Btw this is last time when were made any order in this place. Sorry guys but you going down not up...

Food is awesome, service is awesome. The waitresses make you feel comfortable by attending you and frequently asking if you need something else. The only problem that this restaurant is the light. Theres literally no light inside you can barely see the people or the food. Besides that everything is fine.

They have the best sushi ever!!!! They are clean and respectful!!! I order from them every other day. They have different great sushi and the deliver to your home. They are affordable, taste great and remembers your address when ever you call. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I would say it was ok but not anything to right home about, it was like eating your moms cooch in 100 degree weather. I would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Disrespectful workers/employees. Even the employee demanded 20 percent and if I didnt I wouldnt leave.

Been ordering from them for years , but food quality keeps getting worse and so does service. Ordered 7 rolls , only got 6, when I call to tell them they forgot to put in one roll, she tells me , they put in everything and did not miss any rolls. Im done with them.

Ordered for delivery...everything they brought was disgusting. The fish was fishy in a nasty way, the sweet potatoe was a mush..their vegetable soup had some pink dyed fish or imitation fish it tasted like the bottom of a tank.

Fair price for a mediocre food. BUT! These guys play a dirty trick - DOUBLE TIPPING: they add tip to the price of food and then call it PRE-TIPPED AMOUNT and let you add your tip OVER IT! DO NOT ALLOW A FOOL OF YOURSELF!!!

They forced tips on us, food was fine, wait time was long. They said we have to pay 20% tips because thats how they pay their workers. If I ever end up in this place again Im giving them 0 tip and leaving.
