Beware if you are ordering takeout from them. Based on dine-in reviews I assumed their delivery food would be high quality—and it was, but only for one dish. My girlfriend and I both ordered lamb dishes. Hers was great, but the lamb in my tikka masala was as dry and tough as leather, like it had serious freezer burn. I couldnt even stab a steel fork into it, much less eat it.

I have only ordered takeout from them. Their food is very good but VERY spicy (and I almost never have issues with spicy food). Choose mild if you value your tongue. The delivery is usually prompt, but they never include plastic forks and spoons, which is a bit annoying. The price is reasonable, but still expensive for Brooklyn in my opinion, if that makes sense.

This place rules. Priced appropriately. Great for a feast. Save the sauce and combine with rice for awesome snacks. Its a small dining room and the food is delicious. We had chicken Tikka masala, saag panner, Mali kofta, some naan, uhh. Yeah. Like 15 a head for 3 people. Not bad.

Food was very good, but: - tiny portion compared to the competition. I was still hungry after eating lunch. - I was at work, and no utensils or napkins were provided. - asked for brown rice, they sent me basmati. Not ordering again.

Best Indian food Ive ever had! I order from them pretty regularly. Theyre always very fast but never lacking in flavor or service. Great naan (especially the garlic naan), great curry, and perfect samosas.

Average prices and above average quality! Also not as slow as most Indian places in the area for eating in. Also they give you a 25% discount for dining in at all times!

Bombay Xpress is # 1 Indian restaurant in Brooklyn. I order couple of times. The food is amazing good service . If you dont try. I highly recommend it
