Horrible! Firstly, I ordered Penne ala Vodka with chicken ($3 charge for chicken). When I received my order there was bacon it and for dietary and religious reasons I cant eat pork. I never ordered Penne ala Vodka where they cooked it with pork. I called the restaurant and the owner said I should have told them that I didnt want pork. How was I to know? The menu doesnt indicate that its cooked with it. So as a "courtesy" he will make other one and send it. I had lost my appetite by the time I received the new order. I checked to see if there wasnt any pork and thought the chicken was mixed in. To my surprise there was no chicken and the dish didnt taste like ala vodka - it was disgusting! I called the restaurant and the owner was rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service skills and proceeded to say that he couldnt do anything for me. I told him I was going to report him to BBB and he said good luck with that! I was appalled at the way he handle this. I will never patronize them again.

0 friends 11 reviews Share review Compliment Send message Follow Carmen S. 5.0 star rating 7/23/2012 I ordered from here and the food was amazing. i had the veggie malai and it was delicious. i grew up in jackson heights and have tried many indian restaurants and this one, so far, is great. they gave me A LOT of food which I polished off the following day. the malai was sweet and creamy, lots of veggies. they game me A LOT of rice which was perfect. i was not expecting the cabbage, sauces, etc because most restaurants dont think the rest of us know any better. but im glad they sent those. delish. i had the firni which was custard-y and perfect. i want to try other dishes but what i got was great. oh and very professional on the phone.

I used to enjoy going to Marconis on occasion as they are pretty much one of the only decent pizzerias in my neighborhood, however, I was absolutely disgusted to find yesterday that they raised their prices. I asked the person working there why, and he said why do you ask why we raised our prices? Really, thats what you think of your customers? I told them recently that I liked going there because their pizza is better than the other one in that neighborhood, and cost a little less, so then they raise their prices. No more business from me.

I ordered asmall pie and a soda for a total of 20.34 plus tip. When I saw my statement I was overcharged 12.00 dollars When I called to get a credit the owner was extremely rude, and told me thats too bad and "good luck with that" and hung up. I would definitely not recommend this pizza shop, due to the highly unprofessional tactics and there tendency to steal from their clients when ever possible. Disgusting

So this place sucks!! As far as Pizza goes its always soggy, the garlic knots are fried for some reason as if they were donuts also flavorless and packed with grease. The Cesar Salad I ordered had more dressing on it then lettuce and my hot wings were like the ones in a public school cafeteria!! Really disappointed that I spent $20 on this!!! Dont waste your money like I did.

There was a chubby mexican driver that had an attitude because he had to come upstair to deliver what I paid him to deliver to me..... talking about I should of came down stairs because their was no parking, which he tried to lie and say that the bell number was not working, which it was, and I wish that I had never tipped him in the first place....... waste of money

I had ordered a chicken roll and it was lousy. The sauce tasted like watered down tomato paste, the chicken was dry, and the cheese was flavorless. Its not even prepared by Italians and they certainly arent using authentic ingredients. If you dont believe me go to Puglia on Hester Street and taste what authentically prepared Italian food is supposed to taste like.
