Food was really good we ate at a table ( a few slices ) with waitress with left her a very generous tip.. Although when you go to pay you dont get to see the bill they send you to the counter to pay. According to the menu our bill should have been a little less than $19.00 the woman at the counter asked for a little less than $22.00 and our waitress was no where to be found.. Be careful if you go there not to be cheated

Super disappointing. I have been going here for a few years. Recently it seems their changing their pizza. The crust is way too thick and the Margarita pizza I got over the weekend was sad. Very thick slices of tomato, what appeared to be dried basil (In June???) and there is no way it was fresh mozz. for $20 a pie I expect better. I am sad to say that is the last time I will order from there.

My friend just moved to Brewster and we wanted to get some pizza when we visited. Very friendly and our order was made well and in a timely fashion for a custom pie. Will definitely be stopping by here whenever Im in the area and get the urge for a good pizza.

We moved to Brewster a few years ago and we were so pleased to find Sinapis. Great pizza, inexpensive, kind waitresses and very good other food too. Our kids LOVE it.
