Made an order and put specifically that i did not live upstairs and someone would have to call me when they arrived so i could receive the order. I get a phone call an hour later saying the driver rung the bell twice (really?) and asking if i was home. I told them that i was, but i gave instructions to be called, he then told me the driver doesnt have a phone. I asked for the order to be cancelled and they said it would be, but a about two weeks later it was still not refunded. When i called to inquire about it, i was told that they couldnt check to see if it was refunded and i would have to bring a bank statement to the store to get my money back. I no longer lived in the area and told him this was very inconvenient; all i was told was that was the only way and then i was given someone elses number. How does a company operate like this?

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE ORDERD FROM THIS PLACE AND THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT MORE THAN WHAT I SIGN FOR TO BE CHARGED. LAST TIME I ORDERED I SWORE TO NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN AND I BROKE DOWN AND ORDERED AGAIN YESTERDAY AND ON A WHIM I CHECK MY ACCOUNT AGAIN AND THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN I HAD SIGNED FOR AGAIN. I DO THINK IT IS THE DELIVERY DRIVER SO BEWARE! I MADE SURE TO XXXX OUT WHERE IT SAYS TIP SO HE COULDNT FILL IT IN I DID GIVE HIM A CASH TIP. I THINK IT IS DIGUSTING THAT A ESTABLISHMENT COULD DO THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED.

The evening crew who worked August 21,2016 displayed the worst customer service in the history of life itself. On top of that, it took 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I will never ever fix myself to order anything from this establishment and the entire Pizza Hut organization even if I have to order life to live......kill me!!! #TheWorstEver

I normally have no issues with pizzahut and their pizza is always top notch. But last night I ordered a bbq pizza with stuffed crust from them and wow it looked great when I opened the box, but it was LITERALLY like TASTELESS CARDBOARD. And I share my pizza with my dog always, even my dog wouldnt touch it. Thats saying something.

very annoyed placed order online got it delivered when I checked it they never added the topping I asked for in the comment part: I said add pinapple I know more$. they never even looked at it because when I called they said oh didnt someone call you? smfh of corse not or I wouldnt be calling you. what a fail!!

Is this a joke? My pizza specified tomato sauce and they put on white alfredo sauce. I put in an online order, so its not like they misheard me. Plus, it even says tomato sauce on the receipt they gave me! My first and last time using this Pizza Hut, Ill gladly drive to the one further away from now on.

Tried to order from website for carry out 2 large pizzas for 7.99. On the pizza hut website it said to call because the system is offline. Called on the phone they said while their system is down, they still wont match the price from the Pizza hut website. Terrible service.

The staff never smiles, I walked in the other day and the guy at the counter looked at me and didnt say a word then went to the back of the store for 5 minutes then came back and said yea what do you need? Always unprofessional. The delivery guys are nicer.

They never make the pizza the correct way. You ask for pepperoni lovers and all you get is a regular pepperoni pie.. by the time your done arguing with the staff about the problem its not worth the time to wait for them to make a new one.
