I am new to online ratings, but after what happened to me and my family (of just three people) yesterday, I needed to share this with others. I want to be approximate in my details. I remember going to this Uno when I was a kid and it was not bad. My family was visiting the area and wanted to get something to eat on a Sunday afternoon. I decided to go back to Uno. It was around 2 PM and the restaurant was mostly empty. The manager gave us a table in the back. We are waiting for about 10 minutes for anyone to come. Our waitress comes and asks for our order. We gave our full order (appetizers, main orders, and kids orders) and asked for the kids order to come in as soon as it was ready. Again, the restaurant was mostly empty. During our period of waiting, there are about 3 other families that come in and are seated in other parts of the restaurant (booths and in the front of the restaurant). These tables were available when we came, but at least we got seated. These tables start to get prompt service from our waitress along with other wait staff. We wait about another 25 minutes and did not receive any of our food. We figured it was a slow afternoon or they were short staffed. We noticed that the other families that came after us started to get their appetizers. We thought that they were going to bring our food all together, not preferable since we had a young child but understandable. About another 5 minutes go by, some of the other families started to receive main dishes. We ask the waitress to check in on our main dishes, and she said it was ready. A few minutes go by and she continues to bring main dishes to the other families. At that point (after 40 minutes of just getting water), we decide to leave. My young daughter was crying and we told the manager and he (without even looking or knowing what was going on) said that the food was coming. We left and will never return. Please note our experience.

The staff was very nice, I liked walking in there and having one black guy in there, made me feel comfortable, however; the food? Is not great. I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich and it wasnt even warm...It was mildly cold. I entered around 11:30ish, they close(d) at midnight, so I thought maybe the cook was tired and didnt feel like heating up the chicken or maybe it sat there under some heat and they thought it was going to be warm. I took two bites & was just disappointed. I pushed it to the side. Didnt eat it. I decided to give them another try, put the chicken bacon sandwich to the side, ordered a bacon burger, it was well done. Hot. But lacked in flavor. I dont get it. The fries and bacon was hot and good though. I told the waiter my sandwich was cold, he suggested I order something else and charged me for the cold chicken bacon sandwich, which annoyed me, considering it was cold, I didnt eat it, and I had to order something else.

I went there for dinner horrible servers was never told about specials, then when we order the server no name said use the little, machine on the table. Then had to turn the light kn for napkins, refills etc. Horrible. Paid, the bill which was 55.0. I have no tip. Because my whole dinning experience I was told to use,the machine. Then this idiot came out side and asked why he didnt receive a tip!!!!! Wth. Go ask the machine. You suck. How dare you come outside yet you couldnt refill a glass, bring napkins or punch in a order correctly how dare you. Smh....

Our baby boy is 3 weeks old and we have been to about 5 restaurants/diners. UNOs was the only one to have a changing station in both male and female bathrooms! I was able to change our sons diaper. Service and food were great like always. The manager quickly brought out a holder for our sons car seat so he could sit at the table while we ate. We always come to this UNOs as it is in our neighborhood. But the service has always been wonderful and the food is good as well. Will definitely keep coming here.

Interesting Chicago pizza. The cheese and toppings go on the crust of the pizza, then the tomatoes go on the top of the pie. There are different sizes of the deep dish pies. There are sandwiches, pasta, and entrees on the menu. The service is very very slow. There is a full bar. At lunch time there are specials. Some of the specials include "faster" meal preparation in theory. In reality, you need a lot of time to eat here. The food is good.

We were too lazy to drive over to Zachary in East Bay, so tried this place as alternative. Deep dish was pretty good but definitely not quite as good as Zachary. Crust is different, a bit crispier almost pizza hut like. Thin crust was just average at best. Certainly if no time constraint then Zacharys worth the East Bay drive.

Deep dish style pizza with hearty toppings. I enjoyed my meal it was definitely a good experience. The super-friendly staff made me feel at ease and comfortable at all times. It almost felt like I was at home. I know there isnt much that can be done about this but I found the pizza a little too salty to my liking hence -1 star.

You get what you pay for. Not a bad place to get a beer and some cheap food. You wont be wowed by the quality. I had the Mediterranean sampler and nachos. The sampler was mostly tomatoes diced up, which tasted pretty plain and the nachos were super soggy upon arrival at our table.

Its a decent chain restaurant on Bell Blvd. consistent food, good fresh (popular) beers, good for happy hour. If you have a few people in your party and everyone wants something different, this is a place to go. Also the Mediterranean sampler was pretty good.

Still Number Uno! I I will always love the pan Chicago style pizza here for the fresh varied toppings. The menu is now quite varied to suit many tastes from shrimp to lobsterbrolls, to steak. The atmosphere is relaxing with attentive at servers.

Come here for lunch, they have these great deals. They have a parking lot in the back. Not much to be said, if you havent had UNOs before somewhere else, maybe you should give it a try.

Most of the servers are...... Ummmm.... Very very odd.. On top of that our server had a runny nose and really didnt seem to grasp his job.. This place has declined over recent years.
