We come for the food and this place happens to be a choice of the family when we go out. As others have said it can take quite a while for your order to be served. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating to us. Gluten Free alternatives available including buns for their sandwhich. Definitely a plus for eating out when your gluten free. I can not speak to cross contamination but I have never had an issue.

I read the previous reviews of this place and most of them are very accurate. If you are looking for moderately priced Bar food this place is for you. The crowd is older and a bit loud. There is a small partition between the bar and the dining area. The service is a bit slow. That is what keeps the rating down. We ordered bar food on a Saturday night and it is just what we were looking for.

Unfriendly and unattentive staff. Waited over and hour for one order of food. Saw customers get the same food item who came in 20 minutes after us. Cant comment on the food itself, as we decided to leave and go to Blackbeards two blocks away. MUCH better experience and cost about half as much.

Good place and not so bad food but very unfriendly staff. We waited about 15 min just to be responded and seated. Restaurant was not too busy and servers just glance and ignore the presence. Waited about 45 min to get the food. Very unpleasant experience. Would not prefer to go once more.

The food is the best. The menu of hamburgers is extensive, but my favorite is the pulled pork. the best kept secret in Rockland County. Cozy, and most nights the noise is low enough to have a conversation in a booth. Occasionally a little loud, but still worth going for the food.

*FOOD quality/quantity gets a 5 stars Shepperds Pie/burgers/chilli !!! However the time it takes to get the food is a bit much *STAFF- is good, the ladies are a bit faster than the men *PRICES are great!!!! Over all a good place to go.

Good food but service is not something Id bet on at this place. Had to wait a while to be seated, and they took over 45 minutes to bring the food out. Once seated, couldnt wait to get out of this place.
