Food- overall great. Love the jambalaya , wings, ahi tuna kale cesar salad , and happy hour. Spinach dip is good. Brownie is fresh made and just amazing , I always get it when Im there Drinks- great selection , 100+beers on tap, margarita was small for the price but tasted good Atmosphere- family friendly but at the same time you could have a date there Cleanliness-always extremely clean especially the bathroom Bar- the two times Ive sat at the bar I was promptly greeted and served . The bar back Angel was super chatty and nice. The black female bartender was quick to give me refills on my drinks and was prompt with my check, gave great service. Servers - bad. 1/5 times when I visit yard house I actually get good service. Sometimes we will be at the table 10-15 mins before even getting acknowledged... sodas will take forever.. the service is just slow there in general, they really need to train their servers more ... also need to hire more bus boys to help with pre bussing tables as that is not the servers job and It took up my servers time once bc the manage was bothering him about pre bussing his one table and I was waiting there for my sodas for 10 mins(not the servers fault) . The servers are nice but as I said need more training and they will be perfect

Theres 160 beers on tap when I went. Theres many options in the mall so the beer selection does make it stand out. I just hope thats theres enough patronage that the beer inventory stays fresh. Anyways, I came here with my gf last weekend. There was a 30 minute wait. We killed time at the nearby Target. When we got seat I noticed how dark it was inside. The fake flame candle did not help with lighting or atmosphere at all. I liked that the menu has the type, origins, alcohol content of their beers but theres no price. I stuck with ordering pints as i didnt want to be stuck with a mistake. The food was just ok. I shared a plate of wings and our entrees were a turkey burger and pastrami sandwich.. I set my food expectations low. Going to a bar like this that beats it chest about their 160 beers selection, I try not to expect duck confit. I do like that theres plenty of TV for sports but i wish they had the in game audio. The classic rock music is annoying to me. I can understand with so many different games they cant just pick one but i wish they did. I would come back if I was in the area and needed a place to kill time and drown on some beers.

I had lunch today and ordered a Caesar salad with Ahi Tuna. It came in 2 sizes small and large about 15.95. I ordered thinking it would be my lunch. It arrived in a huge 18" plate that was shaped like the planet Saturn. The bowl like center of the plate had about 8" wide and was shallow. I call the waiter to ask if there was some mistake because I ordered a large salad which was going to be my meal. My guest order the same except with chicken and was the same size. If you emptied the huge bowl into a regular side salad bowl, the contents would fit with room to spare. The waiter called the manager and said that you get 8 oz of salad and 6oz of fish. I am happy for their portion control its a great profit maker. If I was alone, I would have walked out. Furthermore, the dressing was from a jar. It tasted extremely vinegary. It was horrible and no resemblance to a Caesar dressing. The thing that pisses me off the most, is taking an over sized plate almost empty and thinking they can charge extra for the use of this plate. Stupid Customers.

I visited Yard House over a week ago, and am still dealing with issues. I am not one for public reviews, especially negative ones, but this may be necessary. The waitress was not at all pleasant, but our party of four made sure to still say our pleases and thank yous. She seemed a bit impatient at any simple question asked, eg. "Would you be able to tell us the prices of the drinks on this list, as there was none listed", for which she disappeared to "ask a manager". We chose to go here because there were veggie-friendly options touted, and I tried the Vegan Burger, which left a lot to the imagination. The food was cold and not particularly good, but such it is at most chain restaurants. My issue is that a simple splitting of the bill between a card and some cash, apparently led to her charging my card for the full cost of the meal for the table, in addition to the original split. That amount is still not returned to my account from over a week ago. Overall, slightly annoying experience.

Went there on June 5th to celebrate my sons birthday. It just so happens that the copa cup was on so we wanted to watch the game. So my brother specifically asked Patrick the manager yes his name was Patrick if we can put one of the screens on out of the 30 that they have to the Copa game. Patrick said THAT WE ONLY PLAY AMERICAN GAMES HERE being ignorant and not realizing that soccer is now one of the biggest games watched by Americans. That being said we spoke to a waiter I wish I remembered his name he said dont worry well take care of it after we sat down he put two screens on of the game on both sides so we can enjoy from both seating views. The food was good, beer amazing BUT an attitude from the manager to accommodate a customer (which was not an insane request, and providing what I would say is a RACIST COMMENT was not good so the rating is as it is for that reason. I would Def go back but not of I see Patrick working when I go back in.

I have eaten at the yard house in palisades mall 3 times. My first experience wasnt so great due to slow and rude service. Food is good but a little pricey. My second experience was really good. food came out quick and server was amazing. So now Im here for my third time and waiting over 20 minutes for two appetizers, nachos and chicken strips. Not impressed at all. Im from Michigan and have visited New York a few times and can say that when I come back I will not be returning to yard house again. Im not sure if its the cooks or the servers that are causing such slow service but either way its unacceptable. I frequently go out to eat and am in the food service industry and very rarely write reviews. Id be willing to try yard house somewhere else but the palisades mall location needs to step there game up. Update food just came to the table, its cold....

1st time there this past Friday, it looked cool so I had to go in. Me & a friend ordered the rib eye steak I wanted a different (type of mash potato & vegetable) then what it was supposed to come with -but was still on the menu -& they did accommodate it. However we both ordered 2 different mixed drinks we agreed both were severely watered down. My steak was supposed to be medium it was over done, hers wasnt that editable it was very fatty only about half of it was eaten. And above all it was way over priced for what it is. It dawned on us that you are definitely helping them pay for the rent here! It is a place to order a beer at, & thats about it!! I also ordered onion soup which wasnt that great either and an appetizer GRILLED SWEET KOREAN BBQ BEEF it was FATTY too. Should of just gone to OUTBACK. I give it an over all grade of a 55 out of 100.
