portion sizes are embarrassing chicken tenders were tiny and mostly bread, literally got a spoonful of mashed potatoes, been here a few times portions are consistently miniscule. You will leave hungry also always really dirty here, had to stand out in the rain last time to eat even though I was the only customer there. Theres a Popeyes another mile or two up the road towards Albany by Hannaford. Go there instead

When you go to KFC you expect a low quality meal and mediocre customer service. I just ate at this location and the manager was screaming and swearing the entire time. Dropping the F bomb and ranting about a party. I ordered a side of mac and cheese and it wasnt even half full, if they were out for the night they could have at least offered me something else. Not a good experience.

Went at 11:30 am Sunday morning... It appears whatever manager that closed the restaurant last night did not do a good job because they were very busy cleaning. Dirty water from inside of the store, hand smudges on doors and windows, and the manager on duty, came from mopping the floor to the back of the restaurant and started doing food prep and did not wash her hands....

The service very fast but very very dirty.the workers literally slipping on greasy floors.as we were.. Tables still with food and garbage and juice on them.we were the only costumers there at the time.around 2-3 oclock.during day.i physically cleaned tables myself.and chairs were so black with dirt..I wont even start in on the bathrooms.. Yucky..Is all I can say...

Absolute waste. I spent 40 in their tiny drive through (only because I was blocked in and couldnt drive out) and was so pissed at the long wait that I didnt realize until I got home that half of my order was missing! Tried to call and complain, but nobody answered the phone after several attempts! Will NOT be going back to this store ever again!

While Ive had a few problems over the years with this location tonight the woman running the register (might have been the shift leader or manager) was very pleasant, quick, and helpful. They didnt have the Nashville Hot chicken but we really enjoyed the tenders & popcorn chicken we had for dinner. Nice Job !!

Person on register clueless about how to handle customers...the tables and seats were not clean...rest room was passable, at best. Only reason we stayed is we had already ordered. The meal was good, typical KFC, although the chicken little sandwich was sloppily put together. Fast food, but thats about it.

Worst experience ever.Take me 20 minutes to get my meal with only two customers in front of me. No coleslaw no forks no spoons you have to ask for everything.Dont even have a paper to print out my receipt. Garbage all over the floor in the kitchen area. Terrible!!!!

Did not even place an order. Stood in line for 5 minutes before the girl at the counter even acknowledged the young man in front of me. She took his order and walked away to prep his order not even acknowledging me so I walked out. Will never go to this KFC again.

Kind of let down. Havent been to a KFC in a long time. Guess its gonna be another long time till I visit again if ever The chicken was soggy and not crispy. The mashed potatoes luke warm at best and the associate mumbled words were barely understandable.

4 employees stood doing absolutely nothing but talking/ laughing loudly to each other for a good few minutes in plain few of myself and the customer in front of me before taking our order. The guy even made eye contact with me a few times. Weird.

Look I can deal with slow service or even rude service...but the chickens are not fresh! The wings were barely warm as I ordered a box at around 5pm on a weekday. Oh and the grilled chickens are dry...which is why I suspect it to also be old.

When I went they were out of biscuits, mac n cheese and wedges.. so I just got three piece chicken its was soaked it grease. Not the normal grease.. I live right around the corner n last few years I havent gotten a good meal

Didnt have what I wanted cooked. And when I got what I chose instead, it was merely warm. And the place was trashed. Dirty as hell inside. Didnt make the atmosphere any better with the employees looking absolutely miserable.
