The food is good but we waited in the drive through for 15 minutes (thats not an exaggeration - I timed it) which did not move once in that entire time and mine was the 5th car in line. We gave up and parked and went inside where we waited to place an order for another 10 minutes. The staff seemed pretty clueless, though they were pleasant. It was another 5 minutes or so to receive our meal. The managers did a poor job of organizing the store and the staff and their training program needs a lot of work. When we finally got our food, my companion was completely irritated and couldnt enjoy the meal. I liked the food but not enough to wait for 30 minutes for it - I doubt I will be returning.

Not my type of food but employees are almost always nice and the food is ready quickly and accurately when Im picking up food for my wife and daughter. A couple of times someone has punched the bottom of a drink cup down before giving it to me resulting in a cup that wont rest flatly on a table(even when you push it back it, its weakened so it wont stay). But I wont let a couple little jerks reflect poorly on a place that is otherwise always good.

They never get my order right- ever. Ive even had to drive back after getting to where I wanted to eat in order to have my food properly made. The last thing I ate from there was a fish sandwich that had sat under the lights for so long it was rubber crust. I miss New Orleans and Popeyes on Canal St. and I was happy this place opened but its lacking in everything that makes the chain great.

Good fast food style fried chicken place. Clean, friendly place. Reasonably quick although they do seem to be easy to overwhelm, even at expected times like lunch. I like the taste of their menu. I do not like regular fried chicken, breaded piece of meat with skin and bones, so always order the tenders if I eat chicken. But I like their other offerings also like shrimp and gumbo.

Very slow service. There were other customers in front taking too long and store manager refuses to open another window. After several more minutes of waiting, I was finally served. Store manager spoke to me, saying "getting served now?" This kind of teasing word I would consider offensive and rude. However, best fried chicken NA guaranteed.

Very clean place to eat...shrimp snd chicken is good...the mac and cheese was very dry, not good... Very pleasant and friendly staff...very helpful...They brewed coffee for my elderly friend and a nice young man brought it to the table when it was ready.. Very sweet and wonderful staff...Thanks ladies and gentlemen!!!

a previous reviewer had a problem with the lady manager who is black. Not me! She and the entire staff were very friendly -- even encouraged me to sample things I was not familiar with. I had the fried shrimp, ands out was perfect. recommend the place to anyone looking for something in the fast food market

Will you open soon, we missed their mild chicken at the Troy location. We went to another one in the area but the crust and taste not the same. Always had very good chicken from the Troy location and we have gone there for years. Hoping some of the same cooks come back when you reopen in Troy, NY thank you...

Service is minimal. Order takers rarely know how to say Thank You. When I paid at the drive thru the other day the clerk cashier told me the amount, took my card, ran the payment through the register and handed me the card an receipt without saying anything else. Better customer service goes a long way.

Food was good but the young lady waiting on people and cashing them out..Well if someone talked to me the way that lady spoke to the other people working there I would of walked my ass out the door.Manners she must of forgot them .I will be calling tomorrow to speak with someone.....

took my family yesterday for the first time to popeyes around 6pm and we love the customer services and food. the workers were very professional and took the time to explain us how to order and what was available. thank you guys keep up your positive attitude.

The worst experience ever they have a bunch of young kids running around not doing there job I sat and waited 20 mins inside for my food today just for me to get home with missing food and food i didnt order its basically a zoo in there

Super friendly staff an with out a doubt the best chicken I have had in a long time,unless its coming outta my kitchen of course.. Beats the feathers of the competitors.. The biscuits leave the best buttery taste in my mouth OMG YUMMMM

Horrible!!! Went there had no spicy chicken and no fries. Was 930pm. Website says close at 10pm. When mentioned to lady she argued with us. I love popeyes will never go again after the rudeness.

top notch fast food here, in a totally different league than KFC. It tastes great, you can see it getting made fresh and breaded by hand, and they have sweet cajun music.
