Staff is friendly, but the upper management is rude and condescending. I go in to a locally owned business with the intention of spending hard earned money. After the young lady at the counter assists me I was still deciding, so the owner comes out a few minutes later and asks me what Im looking for, I tell him and he starts explaining again to me what products are available. The girl rudely comments how she just explained that, so he turns to me and says, "oh so youre having me waste time explaining this to you again? Pssh" Im like oh Im sorry you just kinda started explaining and I didnt have a chance to say I was already told Im just still deciding.... he literally shakes his head and walks away to the back, mumbling how I wasted his time....wow, Ive never experienced that kind of service from staff at Phat Glass. Ill admit Phat Glass is more expensive but its worth spending $5 more to be treated in a corteous & professional manner... I dont think answering questions or explaining products should be a waste of time.I honestly felt really uncomfortable especially when other customers came in and got super friendly assistance and staff interaction. It sucked, I really wanted to buy an expensive product at a convenient time, but I instead will have to spend a little more and wait until tomorrow because the competititors do charge more and arent open as late but hell no am I gonna pay to be treated like an inconvenience.

I have been going to the lounge for about 4 years now and i can say their employes change consistently, but its hard to find good help. they do get a few good workers and if you have any problems the owner is almost always their. The hookah flavors are grate and theirs plenty to pick from, music, if you dont like it you can always hook your phone up and play your own music. their is water, soda in can and even Starbucks cold served their. as far as i know no outside food or drinks are let in. if your new or just started going ur ID is always needed to smoke or buy anything. in all its nice, with plenty of space and if your in a group the VIP areas are only $10 more with TV included. if you guys ever go just chill relax and enjoy a good conversation

Not impressed. Waited at the counter for about 15 minutes before the female staff member decided to help us (She was to busy smoking hookah with her friends). When we got the hookah, the water was disgusting and just tasted terrible. The whole time we were there she was very rude. Not to mention she didnt give us any mouthpieces when everyone else had one. Also had what I suspect was an animal hair on the tip of the hose... Shoulda stayed home and smoked my vape pen by a night light. Wouldve had a better time.

I went for a simple visit to pick up butane and is this lady in front of me is buying a meth pipe i rudely get told by one of the guy staffs what do you want were actually closed right now. The sign in the front clearly said open and people were in there, how you gonna be closed? I shouldve taken my business else where..
