I avoid going here unless I have to. Even though we were "regulars" there is no flexibility on substitutions, etc. Very rigid. And they give you TINY beverage glasses and charge for refills (!). Other places try to flex, give extra large glasses with free refills; makes you feel valued as a customer, treated generously and graciously. AND....to boot, no consideration was even offered the day I found a bug in my salad. They dont realize how little things like come across as being cheap and rigid with customers and make them want to look for nicer, more customer friendly places to eat. So, by saving a few pennies, they lose lots of return traffic. "Penny wise, pound foolish."

Today , I met a friend at the Westwood Diner. I had soup and coffee , she had just coffee. We were there for 1 hour the diner charged us fr 4 coffees as opposed to the 2 we ordered . They said it is their right to charge what they want since we did not order more than a soup and coffee. The owner smelled of body odor. he was rude and stated he could do what he wanted and I had to pay for the double coffee. I would NEVER recommend this diner to anyone .. I used to bring my children here after the doctors . I would never do it again. I feel badly for the workers... if he treats paying customers rudely .....

We are not an easy crowd to please! We generally have about 10 members in the staff on any given day. Today 7 of us decides to call Westwood for lunch, one word sums it all up FANTASIC!! Keep up the good work and thank you for the free cookie and slice of that delicious pound cake. 3 of the 7 of us could not finish the large portions. One guy is even taking the rest of his lunch for dinner. In addition the entire order was correct.

The Westwood Diner was one that we came across purely by accident, and we loved it. You can get your burger on an English muffin, which is a real treat. Their burger us one that I enjoy every bite, and regret the last one. All their selections that we have had were excellent. The desserts are to die for. I recommend the Napoleon. Great place!

I would never go to this place again!! Absolutely NOTHING was good!Not even the coffee,we complained about it but it was sitting there since breakfast and was way too strong.The oil used for the french fries was stale,the SO CALLED FRENCH TOAST was like nothing Ive seen before,Not even for free would I ever go there again !

Very bad service and even worse food. They wont substitute bacon in kids meal to something else, and so called souvlaki is just grilled, taste less grilled pita wrap, salad came with Free hairs, and when we brought that to server s attention, her reaction was and you ate that. No apologies. Disgusted.

We used to love this place and found their dinner specials to be awesome. As of late we find that its a lot of money even if you go there for the smallest of snacks. Whatever happened to being able to get breakfast for 5 bucks? The food is good but not good enough to pay the prices theyre charging.

Staff was rude, food was gross, my boyfriend was sick all day. The omlete tasted like what dogs sometimes smell like. It is located in a really convenient location for us, but so isnt Stop and Shop. Rather make my own food than come here again.

We group here twice monthly for breakfast. We spend about 2 hours and the service has always been maintained. Breakfast is breakfast. I recommend the pancakes and only wish they had wholewheat cakes.

My brother and I went there in the afternoon for two omelettes we asked them to put onions in with the hashbrowns and they actually charge us $.75 each for the onions I would never go there again
