Yesterday I ordered a grill steal taco salad and had it delivered by a delivery service. When it arrived it was a bowl filled to the brim with lettuce with some corn about a quarter inch of some liquid at the bottom of the salad. There was some steak cubes on top and about two tablespoons of avocado on the top. Imagine my surprise; I had paid $8.75 for a bowl of lettuce. Needless to say I immediately called the manager and insisted on a refund. In addition, my drink order was also not delivered. I expected a salad that I saw in the picture with black bean, tomatoes and other ingredients included. Not a bowl of lettuce with corn for $8.75. Shame on you.

This is the best Qdoba, and Qdoba is the best Mexican you will ever find in a chain. The ingredients are always fresh here. The Pico de Gallo looks and tastes freshly chopped. The cilantro in the rice is always green (and never browned) The Steak is always tender and juicy. The service is always quick, and the manager or owner or whoever he is always seems to be helping out on the front line. He recognizes me and sometimes throws in some free chips and salsa just because Im a good customer. Ive gotten Burritos, Soft Tacos, and Quesadillas from here at least 40 times and have never had a bad experience, service or food wise.

The Original Burrito Joint of Westfield.. before the other "healthier" place opened Qdoba was where its at, and still is, I would give 5 stars but the parking is horrible in Westfield.. not really the restaurants fault... just wish Qdoba was where the "other" place is, for ease of parking/access. Either way everyone at Qdoba ever since theyve opened have always been great, they arent stingy on Queso (cheese)... which the other place does not even serve... I love me some Qdoba Chicken Burritos!

Have been back several times since my first review. Love love love this place! Great food with some unusual extras that take the food to the next level - a huge assortment of different salsas, fried plantains and several kinds of beans, and things like mole, tamales and excellent seafood dishes raise this above a standard Mexican restaurant.

Rude manager....dirty tables.Didnt have a good feeling while consuming it(had taken the veggie and chicken burrito to go).My kids and i had an upset stomach the next day.On reporting it to the manager,he refused to even continue to the conversation--we werent even asking for a refund. Will never visit again.Deserves lesser than poor rating.

The Chicken in the Quesadilla was too salty. I recommend just ordering a Cheese Quesadilla. The delivery service was quick & the food was hot once I got it.
