Our server was nice but seemed too busy. We ordered appetizers & a different server who brought our entrées to our table left the empty appetizer dishes as well as our dirty plates on the table instead of taking them after she gave us our entrées,Keating the table rather crowded. One of out orders was incorrect, therefore my son had to wait for another meal to be prepared by the time it came, the others in our party were more than halfway done. The food didnt seem to be HOT enough, it was lukewarm. We ordered dessert, asked for "to-go" boxes, the server gave us the to-go boxes "AFTER" our dessert , AGAIN leaving the table crowded. We were trying to put our meals in our boxes & at the same time trying to eat out desserts so it didnt melt. I think since one of our entrées was prepared incorrectly, that one of our desserts should have been|& "on the house" ESPECIALLY since it was a mini dessert that cost less than $3.00.

The staff is very nice and provides great service. They currently have a promo on burritos and it convinced us to try it. I got the chicken burrito "home wrecker" and proceeded to load on it. Unlike chipotle, moes gives you more (see what I did there). Guac is free. Chips and salsa are free. Additional toppings like mushroom, pepper, jalapeños and other are free. However the flavors in the meats have no kick. I would say that chipotle has superior flavor but it also made me sick and I probably wont be back to chipotle in the foreseeable future. So this will do as a substitute.

Been coming here for a long time. All of a sudden there are problems in the kitchen. One day the wonton taco steak meat was overcooked, like burned to a crisp. Ok. Another time, asked for a medium steak, got a very well done steak. Ok. Today, ordered the chicken wonton tacos, as Ive ordered this maybe 30 times in the past, never had a problem. Today the chicken was raw. I dont think that chicken meat ever saw heat. The chicken was flabby and pink. Gross. With so many Applebees in the area, you might want to avoid this one.

I really like this Applebees location because the staff is very friendly and the food is always good. I had a problem at the location in Woodbridge Mall with the burger I ordered being undercooked but I have never had such a problem at this location. The drink menu is pretty good and they come out tasting quite well. The last time I was here was in the early afternoon in the middle of the week and there were actually quite a few people here. I will be back to this place in the near future.

I have been going to this applebees for about 20 years and the new manager, Travis, is the reason why I will never return. After the waitress lost one of the gift cards I tried to pay with, Travis came over to my table and started to scream at me and my family, calling us liars and thiefs, claiming we never gave the waitress the gift card and we were trying to just get money off of our bill. I am never going back there again.

Waited for a table longer than we should have. They sat a 2 ppl that walked in after us in the same size booth we got for 6 people. To make it worst the server took long to offer our drinks. Normaly I dont expect perfect service at an applebees but this bad.

Came with my family Monday night for the burgers. We all ordered the burgers be cooked medium. The fries were freshly cooked, burgers grilled to perfection. The brunch burger was superb. This Applebees never disappoints. Glad to have it in our neighborhood.

Wouldnt go there again. When they were serving the waitress asked me what I ordered. Needless to say my order was delayed...steak was overdone. Etc. I should of went to the one at the mall. Never had a problem there. Ribs were very tasty though.

Worst apple bees I ever been in. The service was terrible. They got my bill and my friends bills all wrong and we stayed for 30 minutes playing detective with what everyone ordered.
