Horrible Sunday dinner Arrived at 3:15 , there were mostly empty trays, most importantly I waited over 50 minutes for the main meats to be replaced. There was Prime Beef over cooked gristle most likely from when the place opened, piece of turkey floating in water, no short ribs but onions left in the pan, no spare ribs and no salmon. Thee items were never replaced and I paid for food I was able to get. When I mentioned this to the manager she gave me a big whopping 10% off my bill , guess what I get that anyway for Senior Citizen discount. totally disgusting, and not worth the cost, I would not go there if the cost was $5.00. I should have left with a container of food I was not able to get however it still wasnt available at 4:20 with a discount. Manager handled my complaint poorly, will never go back there or recommend to anyone. Oh yes I was told no one speaks English so the workers that I spoke with didnt understand what I was asking for. Go at your own risk people.

Dont expect a lot from here this buffet favors QUANTITY OVER QUALITY. 1. Not a lot of selections at all gets tiring eating the same food. 2. The staff are rude ass hell! bunch of gossiping girls who roll their eyes when you ask them even for a simple fork. Those two are my issue, but the one that pushed it far for me are the really rude miserable looking staff. When we gave them tip (despite the ONLY thing she did for us was just pour a glass of water for us....wow whoopty doo! and then we never saw her again, we were still nice enough to give her some tip) she just snatched it away from our hand... NO "thank you" or "come back again", just straight up walked away. That day we went, the manager and staff wasnt just rude to me she got into arguments with a lot of other customers as well even the table next to me and it wasnt fun hearing an argument while trying to eat. Not coming back here.

I went their to eat with my family at around 3PM today. My brother in law had went up to get some food and came and sat down at the table. As soon as he took a bite of his food this waitress came up and began talking to him very rudely about how she would charge him for dinner because he was eating from the dinner buffet line. None of us were made aware that it was dinner time so she showed him the sign after he asked to see it, then she came back and took the plate of food he was eating and very loudly threw it in the sink. The way she handled it was very rude and very uncalled for. Myself and my husband have been there previously but I will never go there again and I will not recommend anyone either. The buffet in Hawthorne, NJ is WAY better. Y experience was good until that waitress...very distasteful.

I went with a party of 28 people and negotiated a reasonable price. Since we were such a large party we wouldnt be charged drinks. Just meal and tax. We ate our meal and was satisfied. The problem began when we went to pay our bill. The deal talked about over the phone was not the same deal presented to us at the counter. We were still charged for the drinks. They seem to have forgot about the deal that was agreed upon. In all we were not happy. Also we were charged gratuity when we barely got any service. We had to hunt down the waitress in order to get our refills and was given an attitude about it.

It was decent. I wouldnt go back tho, there are better buffets for a few dollars more. But the price was amazing. Friendly staff in my opinion. Some sushi was good while some werent. While the other food wasnt good either. I mean for $8 you get what you pay for. The soda is to expensive, $2.20 a cup. I recommend NJ buffet or buffet 23. Buffet 23 in my opinion is the best buffet in new jersey and if you want good food for a decent price its worth $12 a person for lunch.

I give it 3 stars because the food was good..what they had out. Went there on a Sunday for lunch.when the price is almost double the weekday rate..there was more to chose from.but a good portion of the food pans were empty and they were very slow to fill them..it wasnt that crowded so they should not have run out. I have been here before but.unlike others Chinese buffets they are very slow in refilling.your.drink and clearing.dirty.dishes

This establishment has great service - employees were all super attentive, however, the food is a 3 star at best. Shrimp isnt peeled or cleaned (vein) ... guess they do this so you dont eat much. Overall, this menu needs some help. There are other better choices in the area. Unfortunate, this new place has so much potential. Great location, parking and big restaurant.

They have over charged with drinks. So the waitress and I have counted together. Even if they were wrong with counting correct number on drinks, they were not willing to gix the bill. All they were saying is I`m sorry for 5 five times. It was a rip off with few times of sorry. When its more than 10 people on the table, you should watch out.

This is one of the few buffet places that I can truly say I like everything about it from the food 2 the customer service and there isnt many I can truly say that about which element you any names but there are many others not too far from this place and other towns but go there and you will not be disappointed especially with the Hibachi Grill

This place is horrible! The food is just average, the staff is rude, they dont speak english, and make sure you check your transaction after it has gone through. They added a dollar onto my bill that i DID NOT tip! I will never give them business again. (I have been here 3 times and it was worse each time.)

Chinese Buffet. Mostly take-out food, but there is lobster, a limited hibachi grill, (bad/dry) sushi, and some miscellaneous American food as well (chicken wings, beef wellington). The food is mediocre. Its not bad for the price, but I felt like I was overeating just because the food was there.

As another person who reviewed this place wrote, they calculated my overall price wrong too. They charged me an extra $15 for no reason. I talked to them and they obviously took it off and caught it as well, however they were still very rude and I would not come here again. Food isnt worth it.

The food is terrible. The staff is not polite. I wish I could give it no stars. I found a price of hair in my food and the staff did not do anything about it. They made up things and I could not even understand them. There are boogers under the table and on the seats
