I was totally dissatisfied. First I ordered an Uptown (half lemonade, half ice tea). Described to the waitress I wanted it sweet. Not sure what she brought me but it was disgusting. Secondly, I ordered the baby back ribs with onion rings and a baked potatoe. After about 15-20 minutes the waitress comes to the table and say there are no baked potatoes. So I tell her to give me mashed potatoes. After another 15-20 minute wait dinner arrives for the other two people I was with. Ten minutes later my food comes. Looked delicious until I stuck my fork in the potatoes, they were cold. I was so upset all I wanted to do was leave. Being a cook myself I can not understand how a well established restaurant such as this could have such SHABBY service.

It was my husband birthday we went to red lobster cuz I thought the place would be nice but when got the there the place was so sorry and smelly and the workers were very rude to us and my husband saw a worker was kicking a piece of food with his feet instead of cleaning it and I said babe you dont deserve to eat like this and we went to ruby Tuesday and we got the we didnt stay for one minute we got the best table without no reservation the place was super clean , the workers were very nice, and the food was delicious and I luv the salad and dessert was yummy and it was not expensive at all . Ill be coming more often we luv it

This is a fine restaurant. Well, excepting some of the clientele who whine so much online. The food at RT is good, especially their world-class salad bar. The desserts are the best Ive had in a chain restaurant, by far. And, their prices on alcoholic drinks are the best anywhere, chain or not. Its a low-brow place, though, not yuppie at all. Mind you, we never go peak hours (Fri and Sat evening) so we never wait even one minute to be seated or served.

I wanted to try Ruby Tuesday and saw this was near my area my boyfriend said he went years ago and service was horrible even when it wasnt even busy. I wanted to give the benefit of doubt and convinced him to go which we did . And he was right. Barly people we got only one plate of food and it took over an hour. The service wasnt great either. Not a lot of food options either just the salad bar was decent. Guess it will never change there.

Your workers should dress professionally as the uniform dictates. Fast, professional service from Kathleen our server but having to see the unprofessional worker refilling the salad bar with his gray and black striped underwear exposed as we sat in the booth near the salad bar... I lost my appetite and we waited 12 minutes to see the manager who never came over. You go out to dine not see exposed underwear with the meal...

The first visit I got cold ribs. I spoke to manager, she was apologetic and corrected situation. Gave it another chance. This visit my ribs are burnt and dry. Spoke to manager, hes very nonchalant. He offered to take it off my bill and throw them out. Can I get some ribs cooked properly? Order came and I felt nonchalant and left the ribs on the table uneaten. This place is horrible, never again.

Service is slow...always seem to be understaffed. 15-20 minute weight even though there were empty tables. They have changed the menu, garden bar will now cost 1.49 more if you pick it as one of their sides. For a company that just closed down quite,a few locations adding extra charges is not going to bring business in. And the new garden bar, its ok...think we are done with this place.

Came on a Wednesday around 830, only had about 8 tables sat and the service was ungodly slow. A simple appetizer and 2 burgers turned into over a hour. Combined with the crappy 90s music and i felt like i was in a morgue. I give this place 6 months tops and it will be closed.

Wouldve been no stars but I had to put something to leave this review. Our waiter Sam had bad body odor. They brought the appetizers and entrees at the same time after I asked them not to. Brought the salad with no dressing. I left no tip

I worked there..they have a roach problem plus management sucks they scored a 60 on inspection that was only cause i labeled gl spending restaurant. Money on frozen burgers...sucas

Ordered a glass of wine and it came in a used glass! You could see the lip marks on it. Disgusting. Overpriced food and poor quality. Avoid if you can.
