They opened at 7am...but wouldnt open the doors until I walked up and a guy in a car yelled "ima text someone to open the door". I went in reluctantly figuring well it happens. We are seated and our waitress tells us I cant get you food we arent ready to serve and then tells us "i dont even know why the doors are open". i told her is because the door says you open at 7am. she says well whatever. So I chose a 55+ meal option. she says I cant get that...ok understandable, Im not 55+. but I told her I would like the same thing. she brings me the wrong order and tells me its my fault because I wasnt specific. The food itself wasnt bad, so if youre expecting normal service you wont get it. My spoon had food stuck to it, the bathroom sink had filth and grime build up. just dont expect much.

The food was decent. You get what you pay for?! The service on the other hand was... for the lack of a better word, $ hitty!! The waiters welcomed us then and seated my family. Then there was a shift change... our original waiter left. Then they argued about who would service our table! Our server then rushed us to get out. She never asked if we wanted a refill and before I could touch my food she brought the receipt?! She wasnt even concerned if I wanted the dessert!! NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!

This location leaves more to be desired. While the waitress I had was quite pleasant and nice, the restaurant itself was very dirty. I ordered a side of meat and it came to me wrong and I found a few strands of hair on my plate. When it was rectified, my correct order was undercooked. I wont visit this establishment again.

This was my second visit...I was served burnt bacon. I ordered scramble eggs with cheese and there was no cheese and eggs were scramble too hard....they did fix the bacon but I did not trust for them to remake the eggs as I thought they might really botch it up the second time....I will not go there again....

Great Service and Great People.. Shout Out To Mananger GREAT JOB.. Just a comment for a few of the comments about the bathroom Im sorry to say but it looks good to me and if u felt it was dirty then u might want to go clean it for them because it looked Clean to me.. Nothing Personal.

Worst IHOP you could ever experience. When we were there the toilet backed up, all over the dining room floor. Management would not issue a refund, and told us to eat or leave. Currently the place is closed, but it looks like it is about to reopen soon.

Not very good, our ice tea was sour and a long wait for food they also ran out of cups . Dont have high hopes on food.well scrapple was old and deep fryes to hell and eggnog pancakes arnt good at all and I love eggnog.

Amazing service come here all the time. The staff is always pleasant and have smiles on their faces. Kira was amazing and the manager Omar came and visited with us for a few minutes gave it a warm welcome feel.

Its nothing fancy, but its good comfort food. The restaurant is small and does get extremely crowded on weekend mornings and early afternoons. It is empty most nights, however.
