BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ACCUSED OF STEALING CREADIT CARD BY EMPLOYEE TAKING DILIVERY ORDER. After taking my $14 order, the lady on the phone rudely said that the card number wasnt right, that I stole someones credit card and I shouldnt call back and hung up the phone. Im so offended and disgusting by the costumer services provided by this business. I think that the employee came up with such accusations because of the type of neighborhood the business is located in, thus she thought it was appropriate to implement a stereotype for an explanation. Im boycotting this business for incriminating accusations!

Food is good, but their delivery people are awful! I have tried ordering from them and time and time again they hassle me when they come. They refuse to bring the food to the door, like they should and they complain that they need to come to the apartment. They have also brought two cans of soda when I ordered (and paid for) a two liter of soda. I used to love these guys and because of that I wanted to be loyal but its been so bad, that Ive gotten to the point of saying forget it, Ill go somewhere else next time!

This is a small Chinese restaurant in a strip mall. It is as you would expect it to be, no better, no worse. The staff are friendly, and understanding of special diets (I cant have beef or pork). The prices are reasonable and the portion size is reasonable. I would not go out of my way to eat here, but I would not avoid it either. Its convenient to where I live, which makes it a decent option.

Stopped by for dinner on a business trip recently. The restaurant was next door to our hotel. My boss and I had talked about getting margaritas the previous day after a tough afternoon. So it seemed a great convenience this was close by. The place is packed and busy. We originally put our name down for a 30 minute wait, but a spot by the bar area opened up and we grabbed it.

I ordered Shrimp roll and to my surprise there was only one small piece of spring roll. My order also include chicken fried rice, where chicken was blend and fried rice wasnt of good taste. I felt the food were mediocre and wasnt great of taste. Why Tree start: well chicken curry was really good and I loved the taste. All in all average food.

The lady was impatient, I was unable to understand a word she said. She was very rude and the customer service was absolutely horrible! I took my money and service to "chicken holiday"!! The customer service was awesome, jimmy (one of the owners) was very friendly and welcoming!! Chicken holiday gets 5 stars from me!!!!

Is it possible to grant a negative star? Visited Friday evening and ordered shrimp fried rice. Very simple. How can you mess this up? I received yellow rice with onions, five shrimp (if that) and thats it. No scallions, peas, carrots, egg. I will not be visiting here again.

I order from here all the time for lunch/dinner depending on my work schedule and I must say the food is always great. they deliver the food hot and within a reasonable time under 20 min most of the time. I will continue ordering and enjoying the food..

Ordered shrimp in garlic sauce. The cook mustve tried really hard in order to make food with so little flavor. Unbelievable. I took 4 bites and threw it out. The wonton soup wasnt much better. Good thing I got an egg roll. Cant really F that up.

Came in one day with my uncle but the people working there werent as attentive as they should be. At first glance, the food looked really good but we could tell it wasnt too fresh. There is definitely some room for improvement.
