Horrible!!! Great management, but The worst delivery in the world.!!!! No lie.. I ordered a large plain pizza (no toppings).. A.k.a easiest pizza to make. All jokes aside. The guy who took my order told me ahead of time that it would take about 45 min to be delivered.. (Totally understandable). Considering they only had one driver.. (Whose car was rlly old and obviously did more than just deliver pizza.) I ordered at 3:09 p.m Tuesday.. I called again at 3:55 to see if i would be able to add on a coupon to my order.. The manager (very professional) asked my name realized my pizza was already on its way (i live 5 mins away by car) apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a $5.00 compensation on a future delivery. Around 4:29 I called again to see why a 5 min drive was taking 30+ min. Again he apologized and explained that the only driver they had may take a little minute because of his older model car. They guy arrived around 4:45 (no apology.. No explanation). I ordered a large and it looked to be a medium.. My total was $13.44. I handed the guy $20.45. He turned away as he counted my change. He then turned and nervously handed me back $6.00 as if i was a kid who couldnt count.. I asked for my missing dollar.. He gave me my dollar and apologized , but it seemed as if he knew he didnt give me the right amount.. I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. IF I COULD GIVE HALF A STAR IWOULD.. AND THAT HALF IS ONLY FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. !!!!!!! Of course i went and got my money back... This was a huge waste of time.. Im not angry, im just upset for myself and who ever else may ever order from them a receive this poor service.. I agree with one of the previous critics this place should be shut down or placed under new management. !!!!!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. This place took two hours to deliver my pizza. When I called to ask when my pizza would be delivered, I got the run around. I am located approximately 1.5 miles away from the pizza hut. When the driver finally arrived, it was the wrong order. When I called for a refund I was put on hold. I hung up and called back. I was placed directly on hold for a total of six times after calling. No one answered the phone, I was placed directly on hold. I had my friend call from her phone and was able to get threw. When I began talking to the so called "manager" he hung up on me. When I called back the "manager" which states his name was "Q" which he claims was short for Quana (fake I know), took my card information down once again as well as the expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back. I felt funny giving away this information so I immediately cancelled my card and called another Pizza Hut location to ask them about their refund policy. The other location assured me that my card number or any of that information was not needed. All of my information was already in the system, and all they had to do was pull up my receipt, and that Pizza Hut does not like giving back refunds. So now I was wondering if this "Q" took my card information in attempts to use my information for personal use. I would never give this Pizza Hut my business and neither should you.

I placed my delivery toward the end of the night, and I know the wait times can be a bit long, but Ive always gotten decent(ish) food from here. Sure, they have yet to get my order entirely correct, but it isnt too pricey and you always know what youre getting. At least, until tonight when I didnt get anything. I waited for an hour and a half and called the store. No answer. Called again. No answer. It was past 11 at this point (but, having worked in a pizza place, I know that deliveries are still being sent out when the shop closes sometimes), so I called one more time. Nothing. I checked my bank account to see if maybe there had been an error, but nope, Id be definitely been charged. However, my order had been refunded. I guess they just decided to cancel my order and not inform me? Really great customer service, here. Next time Ill go to Dominos.

Im sorry for all the bad experiences, honestly the poor reviews were a reason I didnt give this place a chance before. But I took a few chances and ordered from here (online) and they always got the order right and the wait time usually is around 1 hour 1/2 long when you do an online order. They always came within that time and I was satisfied with my orders. Its probably best to order during the day and not late although there shouldnt be a problem near closing but everyone seems to have an issue when they order at night here. I will continue to order here when I want Pizzahut because I havent had an issue with them.

I would give them negitive stars if I could. The pizza was good, but I developed food poisoning from it. After over 5 hours of vomiting, insane abdominal pain, and more I wont say, I ended up in the hospital. I spent the night on an IV drip, and still 2 days later am still in pain and unable to eat. This Pizza Hut need to take a closer look at the place. I grew up on Pizza Hut , love it, but i cannot EVER eat pizza again. So thanks Pizza Hut. Im not one to give reviews, but people need to know to be careful of this one.

We order from here every time, and prefer this place over the one closer to where we live (which is in Hamilton - 33), because the customer service is not only great, but more importantly they make the pizza the best at this location! Some Pizza Huts make the pizza a little dry, and not enough cheese, or keep it in the oven for too long, but these guys always get it right, and I hope they keep doing it every time. Its awesome that we get to have them so close to us!

Was told about 35 minutes for my order. Waited over an hour, finally call and they say oh oops someone put it in the carry out bin. Well send it out right now. REALLY? I told them to cancel it, especially once I wasnt offered anything for THEIR mess up. Not even a refund of the delivery fee. I wish they would have brought different people to this store from the Lawrenceville location but sadly same people, they mess up.

Worst service ever ! The breadsticks were hard as a rock , the pasta was very bland even the large pizza was a fail the crust was hard and dry .please dont go here I was surprised Pizza Hut is usual good , but this was my 1st time at this location

Said 30 minutes, came 30 minutes later and I had to wait another half hour because it wasnt ready, it ended up tasting good, but they didnt give me a discount or anything. And they didnt have a delivery driver 3/4 times that I ordered.
