Delicious hibachi food!! Noodles and fried rice were very light but so amazingly good! We had fillet mignon cooked to med rare and was fantastic, along with chicken. The chef was nice and energetic. Only downfall was that my husband and I were seated with a group of 5 other people whom were obnoxious and rude. We just ignored them as much as possible and the delicious taste of the food kept us occupied. We went to the one in toms river ocean county mall. Was very clean inside but neither my husband or I used the restrooms so I cant comment on that. Definitely going back!!

Sat at the hibachi table with my wife and two sons. Service is just average and no "wow" factor at the hibachi table compared to other locations with same service. Food was average in its preparation and seasoning. Timing was good. I did not feel rushed out but the service at this place is quick pace. I like to sit and dine and not be sent on my way in 1 hour. Hibachi does not seem to be the place to dine so that show better be good and the food better be tasty. We will not be returning to Ichiban.

Amazing staff to go along with their amazing food. Ive been to Ichiban well over ten times now and their food is always of the highest quality. You can also check out their web site for additional coupons that will save you around 15% on your dinner purchases. Many stores and restaurants dont seem to last long in the Ocean County Mall, but I hope this one stands the test of time. Excellent service and food. I recommend everyone check it out.

As avid sushi lovers me and my wife have eaten here every other Friday for the past 2 years and we like the food and the service. We have tried all the other local places and only Ichiban and Ikko are our choices. The sushi is great, so is the service. The days we cannot make it there, we order take out and out of over 15 times ordering so far we have never had a missing item or wrong order.

This was my favorite hibachi place in the area for quite some time. I have been meeting a friend for lunch there every week for the past 6+ months but i think its time for us to move on and find a new lunch spot. Service is becoming increasingly terrible. At least one of our orders has been messed up the last few times weve gone and there is no wow factor to the show. Very disappointed.

Sat at a hibachi table. We shocked when the "chef" asked me to "shut up" while he was cooking because "you talk too much". He then kept making jokes at my expense, even after he was told I didnt enjoy his sense of humor and he would get no tip. When I mentioned this to the management, the woman I was speaking to giggled through the complaint, and took calls. Never going there again!

Ive eaten here before at their hibachi table and it was very good. I did a take out order of the hibachi noodles, rice and veggies. All side dishes and separate. The noodles & rice were dry and tasteless. Very disappointed as I love it when I sit down to their hibachi table. Failed for the takeout! Only convienent was the on line ordering!

The hibachi is delish. Never had any stomach issues after eating here and just to note I cant eat at any chain restaurants due to it not agreeing with my stomach. I dont know what that white onion sauce is that they give you but its addicting.

Picked up 2 lunch specials and a special roll today and was not that happy. Ichiban in Oakhurst is so much better. The rolls here were very small and a bit sloppy. Expected more from Ichiban. Go up the road to Showguns, much better quality.
