Ocular Pursuit
After positive experiences at Chipotle locations in other cities, this was my first visit to the Toms River location. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the pork tacos and watched approximately one teaspoon of meat placed on each taco. The poor soft shell looked naked! Even worse, the employee went back and REMOVED meat. When I asked for more pork I was politely lectured about strict portion control and advised that the tacos could be filled with salsa and other condiments. I am by no means cheap, or a very demanding customer, but do expect that an $8 order of pork tacos will actually contain enough pork to let your taste buds know its not a salsa taco.

I have had many different experiences here. The people, for one, are the worst out of all the Chipotles I go to. They are not friendly and it seems like they are absolutely miserable. The chips are sometimes very skimp and other times all broken up like crumbs at the bottom of a Lays bag. I still love Chipotle though.

Very bad service. Sour cream and lettuce were almost finished but they still did not refill n started putting 1/4th of standard quantity. When I asked to put more which in turn needed her to refill. Instead of saying sorry, she got upset and started throwing food in my plate. Not acceptable in food industry.

My dining experience at this particular location was above mediocre. The guacamole was superb but it is really worth the extra money? The tobasco sauce was yummy yummy 10/10 would steal tobasco sauce again. I would give this restaurant a 5 star rating but it was too long walk from the Bennet Complex.

Mexican American fast food. For a chain restaurant they are actually pretty good. The Sofritas Vegan option is really good. My kids like it too so its kind of a win win. Staff is friendly and service is very quick and easy. Its a very convenient option for take out or dine in.

I was in Cincinnati Ohio this weekend past and just happen to ask my friend that lives there swhere is a Chipotle/ Mexican Gill here. The customer service was fantastic my food was good as always now Im back home and I can continue to go to the one in Toms River New Jersey

Well 1st trip back since all the food poisoning snafu. Food was great I always get a chicken bowel. Things happen but looks like additional food safety trying took place and it was very clean there. Ill be back as a regular now

Not my favorite place to get Mexican food. They dont even make chicken quesadillas, when they tried to make me one it was horrible. Qdoba has them beat hands down! Their staff was not as friendly either.
