I moved near this Wawa in September 2015 and all I can say is WOW, the deli here is awful! Very overcooked Sizzlis almost every morning. And I mean so overcooked the croissant just disintigrates...unedible!!! My boyfriend always gets me the exact same sub....honey turkey, swiss and mayo. I used to also get black pepper on it until this Wawa just killed it a thick layer of black pepper. Today he got a ride to get my sub because he is supposed to be on bedrest and once I unwrapped it I was once again having to make a phone call to the Wawa. I got a Manager named Bill. The sub had spinach leaves, tomatoes, very rough cut, large hunks of onion, and it was completely COVERED in oregano. Wtf??? I call and Bill says next time we come in to ask for him and he will "fix it" My boyfriend was so pissed he went and returned it, the kid behind the deli shot him a dirty look and Bill tells him....well I will pay for this one. I mean what is wrong with this place??? He was only there because they screwed up yet another order. And he PAID for the wrong sandwich!! Oh and he gave him a card for a free Shorti hoagie. Wow. We will NEVER go to this Wawa again, ever! Which is a shame they cannot get workers who know how to read a ticket or make a decwnt Sizzli. I used to work at the Wawa in Jackson and its not brain surgery. So even tho we live 3 minutes away, we will have to go to a different store. Seriously, I have photos of their mistakes and itnis just sad. Also Bill said the first sub had extra meat on it, which it did NOT! Is everyone who works here so screwed up???? PS- the coffee is always gross in the afternoon too.

Never visit this WaWa. I was very surprised at how rude the store manager and food manager was towards customers and a group of delivery drivers. They both made the delivery drivers wait over 45 minutes because they arrived around lunch(from what the driver was saying). I overheard the female manager say, "they shouldnt have came here during lunch hours". Than her and the food manager sat there and laughed about the situation while inviting a customer in on the giggles. I can understand if WaWa was busy but there were all but a few customers there. Than for them to not be that busy but so engaged in WaWa it took customers 5-10 mins to get there sandwiches. Im now convinced that this is the worst WaWa on the Jersey Shore

This Wawa SUCKS. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The staff at this wawa meets no customer demands, they are down right rude, how they even obtained positions in the customer service department freakin amazes me. Karen, Sabrina, the Fresh Food Manager, they are all horrible at their jobs. I will purposly go out of my way to avoid this wawa, I have traveled as far as 30minutes in both South and North directions to avoid this wawa. My sister is an AGM at Wawa in Lacey and the stories I have told her, she would never run her store the way that this wawa does. I will invest anything I possibly can to help people, potential customers, avoid this wawa at all costs.

Horrible. Who ever is making sandwiches and putting ingredients on top of a closed sandwich needs to be fired. Who wants to pick up their lunch to find that the paper its wrapped in and the bag are soaking wet because the tomatoes were placed outside of the sandwich.. gross. I didnt like this wawa to begin with because of how they dispose of good employees, Ill make sure to go out of my way in order to avoid this wawa, they need new management, because who ever is in charge isnt doing their job right.

Absolutely the worst place to go for breakfast. My sandwich was cold and they refuse that heated up. Ended up getting my money back which was on a card which I wont get back for 3 days. This franchise is more like a robot instead of a real person experience I think everyone would be better off going to quick check instead of Wawas.
