I visit this franchise about 2/3 times a week always receiving excellent customer service until LAST WEEK. My boyfriend and I went to grab some lunch at Taco Bell going about our normal routine but as I was doing so the employee taking my order at the drive-through was unattentive, disrespecting, and unprofessional. While giving my order she started to have side conversations allowing me to hear it through the voice box/speaker at the drive thru. Due to her side conversations she was not paying attention to my order and failed to ring up my order properly. Another employee then took her place and took my order at the drive-through. THAT ITSELF TOOK 8 MINUTES. When I approached the window to pay I told the man taking my credit card that the woman who passed me along was very rude and her service was unacceptable. When he closed the window the woman who first took my order then started becoming angry and yelling stating she wasnt rude and I dont know what Im talking about. He then opens the window to give me back my card and he slaps my credit card in my hand. I looked at him and said "YOUR SARCASM AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR IS NOT NECESSARY." He then had the audacity to say that "I (the customer) am wrong and hes having a bad day!" THERES NO EXCUSE FOR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE OF A PERSONAL PROBLEM. My food was given to me cold and the lovely experience I thought I was going to have was SHATTERED. The two employees are Tim and Tania. As I left I pulled over the call the customer service number on my receipt. I spoke to a representative and was told Id receive a call back in 3 days... its been almost a week. Im truly devastated by the behavior of my local Taco Bell. The next closest Taco Bell with a drive-through is 23 miles away. Since MY VOICE IS NOT CARED TO BE HEARD, I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE GOING BACK TO THE Succasunna, NJ. This is truly ashame and unacceptable. I thought TACO BELL CARED FOR THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS... I guess not. Its horrible that I have to come to realization about my local Taco Bell and how they dont care about loyal customers who has called and commended them, who has always given a smile and a thank you for making my food. Cant believe this. Im just in awe.

My favorite fast food establishment, hands down. Crunchwrap Supreme is full of flavor and leaves you feeling full without a ton of grease or added calories. Doritos Locos Fire taco pack the punch if you like spicy food. Taco Bell is our familys favorite guilty pleasure. The price is great, we can feed our family of 3 for under $15 - unbeatable at other fast food establishments. They also offer a hand full of vegetarian dishes. A great crowd pleaser.

runs out of beef and other stuff constantly managers are nice but clearly need to order better.. staff is the worst rude pervs with staring problems one of the girls that has worked here forever is one of the most nasty people i have ever met in my life have heard her and others talking badly about customer making fun of ppl with chalenges and saying things like what they will do to the food for rude customers

Stay away from this Taco Bell unless you want horrible customer service, cold food, and to be treated disrespectfully by MANAGEMENT. In all my years of going to Taco Bell Ive NEVER encountered such a shameful experience. THE DISTRICT MANAGER WAS DISCOURTOUS AND UNHELPFUL. Save your money, theres plenty of other franchises better than this one!

First time ever going there! My cashier William M he was extremely helpful throughout the whole Mexican Cuisine experience. He guided me throughout the ever so expanding menu and I got me a loaded griller. It was fantabulous to say the least!

Worst Taco Bell Ive experienced. They have enough employees yet the tables and floor are a mess. The food is always made sloppy, sometimes with the wrong ingredients. I think its time to retrain the staff (and probably management as well).

This particular taco bell is usually delicious; however, today they were terrible. In a Grande Meal of 10 crunchy tacos, 3 had borderline-frozen lettuce and another 3 were cold. It took the crunch right out of the shell - no fun.

This is the "good" Taco Bell, unless you get the off-crew. Then its basically an unmanaged no-mans land, where the staff is more concerned with yelling at one another than handling customers.

Very slow at the drive thru so be sure to go inside if youre in a rush. The food and service is fine, but be sure to check your order because its probably wrong.
