Well it all started one friday afternoon; a couple of friends and myself had gone to see the Angry Birds movie and then wanted to get some food. We then proceeded to drive over to the neighborhood IHOP to get some fresh pancakes off the griddle. Walked in, got seated right away in about 3 minutes, which was pretty good considering the size of our group. The server was polite and gave us some time to peruse the menu and order some grub to munch on. Now this is when the story starts to get wonky. You see, I had 2 simple questions; questions about how I could enjoy my meal more. The server came over and asked if we were ready, to which I replied, "I have a question," and she said "Ask away," to which I promptly asked, "Can you guys provide me with a cool glass of flat soda?" (Because I prefer the taste of soda but without the carbonation). The server stood there shell-shocked. No response. Ive never seen a more deer-in-the-headlights look before. She then proceeded to think that we needed more time to order and didnt let me ask my second question and she walked away. She came back about 5 minutes later and I was finally able to ask my health related question, "Do you serve gluten-free pancakes?" Once again, another deer-in-the-headlights look. I was absolutely disgusted with this service. She didnt even go into the kitchen to ask the chef, just told me flat out "No," and told me she could get the nutrition facts for me? I mean honestly Im not worried about the nutrition facts other than if it is gluten free or not. Absolutely absurd that I (and my friends) had such poor service and lack of gluten-free pancakes.

One night, a few friends and I decided to out on a Pokemon Go hunt. We were very pleased to see that no one was at IHOP and the empty parking lot made for a great place to park the car before we set off on our adventure. We even found a poliwag in the parking lot but unfortunately he got away. We had a blast spending as little time by IHOP as possible and wandering around town catching pokemon and talking with the locals about their alliances. At the end of the night, as we were heading back to the car, we saw a Drowzee in the store! What a great idea to attract people to IHOP by putting pokemon in the store even after hours! My parking experience was great at this IHOP. They always do it right for me.

Been visiting this location for seven years, its been great every time. The staff is always friendly and although there have been hiccups, it is to be expected when there is a busy rush. Anyone who has worked in the food industry knows that it is difficult to cater to customers needs when you have a large crowd. Ive had only one bad experience with the food, when I ordered something I hadnt tried before. I politely brought it up to the waitress who then called over her GM; she was very understanding and took the item off my bill, replacing the meal with another item.

Food decaying. Order Grilled chicken penne pasta and came overcooked. Few days before ordered quesadillas and again meat overcooked. Been a customer for a few years but never again. Surprised they dont overcooked the eggs, oh wait. it happend once and let it slide but overcooked chicken takes the fun of dining out . Nothing like this happens at mcdonalds..Btw, the sweets are not healthy at all like pancakes crepes, etc.

Poorly managed, nasty waitresses too. I was served raw, runny egg and told me I should have been more specific. Also, for my sons omelet, he had a huge piece of plastic in it and we were informed that it was the funnel bag they keep their batter in. REFUSED to take it off my bill and offered me 10% off. KMA! Will never go back to that location again.

We went at around 1:30 pm on a Sunday. After placing the order, we had to wait for nearly an hour and 15 minutes before the food was served. The service was pretty ordinary and the food was not great. Hope they improve their service quality before losing another customer.

Went there twice. A month apart. Both times something made us sick. First it was the scrambled eggs then it was the sausages. WTF??!!! Made us sick for two days!!! But on the plus side. The service was always great. Please fix the food quality!!!

A Saturday evening, closing time is midnight. Showed up at 9:45 pm and we were turned away because they were "closing at 10." Thats not how a restaurant works. If I show up before closing, you seat and serve me. Period. Will never go back here.

Good menu selection, cozy place to have any meal of the day in. Service was a little slow and waitress forgot to bring starter before entre. Swedish crepes were very good, they had some kind of flavored butter or cream that was delicious.

Im not sure the customer service value in having a server not write down your order but our order was served late, in stages and incorrect in content. Just a poor overall job at a very slow time at the restaurant.

Its not the greatest breakfast food place, but for a chain restaurant it is very good. The food is always pretty good and they have a huge variety f choices ranging from breakfast to dinner entrees.

Like most IHOPs this one has great breakfast foods. We come here with our infant and two year old and all leave happy. The staff are attentive and helpful. The seating and bathrooms are clean.

We went there for our anniversary and it looked amazing. New floors, new ambiance and the food was greasy and tasted great. The servers were a little nervous but wow! A pleasant surprise!

Food is always good. Restaurant was very clean. They need to do a better job bussing tables. Otherwise very friendly and professional. IHOP is the best value you will find anywhere.
