Why is it that every other Starbucks employee except for one has told me that hes not allowed to touch the food to mix everything in the oatmeal as if he doesnt want to go the extra mile? Doing this in the car makes a mess! Starbucks company has already gone the extra mile and put gratuity on the app like no other place has done before. Why is it that this employee cannot understand the connection between going extra mile and the reward of receiving gratuity.

The slowest Starbucks I ever been in my life. And its not just once no its everyday. Someone from the company must watch them and see what they do there. Plus if I could add a pic to my comment I would to the drink I ordered. They gave me cup of milk instead of the caramel frappe.. I shouldve left took a video of how they left the orderes aside while they were busy talking...... this location would be the busiest location if they move on the right speed

Our drinks came out perfectly and shoutout to Tricia for being patient with me while I took a while to order. I also came a year ago around rush hour and they served me quickly so the people who are saying they take forever are probably just salty or left those reviews for the wrong location. The workers, especially one, was very nice but her name doesnt come to mind right now.

Great place, clean and organized. However, I had my Caramel Macchiato flavorless and aftertaste of burned coffee. I had it made twice and both times the same thing. Girl gave me taste of that grumpy look as I dont know what I am talking about or I was telling her that she does a bad job....

This specific branch really stinks. I go there a lot because its on my way to work and it has a drive thru, but unfortunately everytime my order is wrong!! It became the joke of our family. I really hope they read these reviews and work on their quality and improve the batista training!

I literally just waited in line for 15 minutes and someone came out and told me that the drive-thru is closed now because theyre understaffed. I have a one-and-a-half-year-old and a two and a half year old... Obviously I drove away. Thanks Alfredo.. what a poor customer experience

Great location but no attention to details. Make sure you check your order. Three times same mistake. Workers are all young and they dont care.Remember to work as if your the owner of the business. Wont stop back at this Starbucks. Never had a problem at any of the others.

This is the worst starbucks ever there is no management what so ever. The drinks are inconsistent and the employees think they are at the park cursing and leaning on counters. No wonder drive thru takes so long .
