Pros - Sometimes you can get coffee. Cons - 99.9% extremely long line with one person making drinks. - Randomly close at various times throughout the day, so when you use most of your lunch break to come and get coffee, they will be closed. (seriously closed at 1200 today) no signs posted, until you go in through hotel and ask.. - Cannot redeem star rewards here - Poor attitude from employees - Employees will stand there having conversations with random friends that come in instead of taking your order. There is another coffee shop not even a mile down the road, "The Coffee House", much better quality, better food, attitude, etc. I recommend there.

Their coffee tastes totally different the Starbucks coffee. it is much weaker and it is not fresh at all. they do not honor any coupons or discounts. lately I knew that they are licensed from the hotel they are at, I dont understand that license thing, but what I know is that they are not Starbucks that I know. Even the staff working there are not friendly as other branches I have been through

Conveniently attached to the Sheraton, large and comfy seating area. Lets talk about the breakfast sandwich situation... All sandwiches are pre-made and uncustomizable. Want different bread with that? Cant.They also all have meat, so the vegetarian breakfast options include a cheese stick or sweets. There are about a dozen bagel places in a 5 mile radius with excellent options. Go there!

always got charged wrongly. cant redeem stars at this location. staffs are not nice. they are not a real starbucks.... and staffs claim that they work for hotel not starbucks. had too many issues with this brunch but thats the one one on mu way to work...... plus you could hardly find a parking here!

Out of coffee at 1 pm. Afer 20 min., you have something close to the coffee. When you go to Wawa, and you are waiting for your favorite coffee just a minute, it is free. The same in 7-Eleven. I guess Starbucks is not about coffee; it is about an experience.

Inconsistent hours. They make them up as they please. Tried to go today at 12:30pm on a Thursday and they were closed. They should not be allowed to carry the Starbucks brand if they cant uphold their standards.

Its a Starbucks - exactly what youd expect. Location must be convenient for people staying at the hotel. We were just driving through and needed a coffee and this was the closest.

Its a Starbucks... But not. The service is tricky. 20m due to order not being put in. It happens, but just not a real Starbucks. Be OK with that going in and youll be fine.

Was denied service too they said the were closed! Here says 6:30 but their actuall door schedule says 5:30... I arrived at 5:42!! And the customer service is very poor

They close at 1 on weekends, not 3 as listed above. Was denied service at 12:57 as they decided to wrap things up early.

It has the most comfortable and nice sitting areas. Quality is average but not bad. Relatively quiet here.
