Internet wasnt working. Told one of the baristas and he tried to help but it didnt work. After 40 minutes it is still not working. Guess they are too busy to fix the problem and most likely they dont know how to. Sigh... other than that, this is a good place to have coffee and relax. Starbucks is not getting more customers because their quality of service is going down gradually. Probably the company isnt taking good care of their employees. Bathrooms, tables, and milk areas are all going down.

Today, the cashier ruined our experience here. As I ordered our drinks and snacks, I asked if it was buy one get one. He said yes. Then he rang us up and swiped our card, as we asked again of it was buy one get one. He said only holiday drinks. Lists them off. We ask, well can we get this holiday drink instead of that nonholiday drink. He goes well i already swiped the card. He was reluctant to rectify the misunderstanding so we let it go. Im disappointed and will go elsewhere to find better service.

This is my "local" Starbucks that Ive been going to since it opened, many years ago. They recently redesigned the interior and replaced furniture. It is now a lot less functional and friendly for group sitting and talking, something us "locals" have been doing day in and day out for years. Also, the staff has been significantly changed lately and there are a lot more mistakes and delays now. Hence my 4 star rating. Used to be a 5-star place for me, but not anymore!

Its a busy location, but that said, they can be terribly, terribly slow and often rude. Hard to get attention to pick up a mobile order. Stand in line and it will be forever. Dont rely on the board to be accurate about the drinks they serve. Overall a location that seems to figure that it is busy enough without providing actual good service. Pass it by if you have a choice!

Only issue is that it seems they dont have enough people working in the morning and that when they hand the drinks off thier hands are all over the mouthpiece of the cup and top. Im kinda grossed out watching them touch everything behind the counter and then handing me my beverage with their fingers wrapped around the place that im expected the drink from.

Usually go there early morning to grab a good cup of coffee and review my email from the night before in peace. Its not very crowded early in the morning and I like that. They also have comfy chairs to sit down, unlike many other Starbucks locations nowdays. They are a friendly bunch there as well.

Not one of the better Starbucks Ive been to. Its much smaller/cramped than even most other Starbucks. They need to get rid of the huge bookshelf divider thing in the middle and add more seating. Other than that, its a pretty standard Starbucks. The staff is pleasant enough and drinks are ok.

I, an ipstate New Yorker, visit family in this area regularly and stop at this Sbux at least a couple of times every trip. Usually very busy, but always friendly and efficient service.
