Dined at the colonial coffee shop today with the family this place used to be the go to diner and after the fire they re-open while the place is nice the staff is not coordinated at all with uniforms at all. Almost all the staff do not wear any hairnets while working the line at all with hair all over the place I just lame we saw one of the servers opening a bottle with her teeth and then continue to go on and also use face wipes to clean her face while serving people and Sammy behind the bar Im sure if the health department saw this they would quickly shut them down . The food was nothing to read about at all and just a simple quick meal but all these things that ended up really made the place look disgusting and made us feel like not returning Again

Definitely room for improvement. We used to come here at least twice a week, but now maybe once a month. There are many reasons, but the most irritating ones are as follows: no sweeteners on the table (you have to ask the waitress for it, if you can get her attention), no substitutions (we wanted mushrooms instead of peppers), jelly packs placed on top of the toast (this is cross contamination) and the icing on the cake, I found a hair in my plate and although the plate was replaced, I received no apology from the owner and was charged for everything as if nothing happened. Customer service is none existant here. Its as if they are doing you a favor, by letting you eat here.

Went for breakfast with my daughter on Friday, ordered waffles for my girl and 2 eggs and corn beef hash for myself. My waitress looked like she just got out of bed and was swigging juice out of a gallon container at the counter very odd to say the least. Another waitress brings my order out and I could not believe that the cook thought it was ok to serve what ever it was thst eas on my plate. The syrup was obviously refilled because the label on the plastic jug was greasy and worn, who knows what quality syrup they used to refill it. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Dont eat here!!!!!

This place sucked. I just left there was hair all over my food. The service was rude and inconsiderate. I waited about 20 minutes for a menu when there was only 5 others in the diner as the staff just laized about. Do not eat here just stay away everything is over priced and not worth it. Juat stay away!

I have been coming here since I was 14 years old. I am now 25 and this place still feels like home to me and always will. The head manager Pete is the best, he has wonderful people working for him. Highly recommend this cafe. And its definitely affordable..

This place is great! The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. At any given time we can stop in and guarantee a delicious "home-cooked" meal and be sat, served, eat, and be on our way in 30 minutes or less. Perfect!!

Excellent place for breakfast... I ordered the Hungry Man special which included 3 eggs, bacon, sausage, pork roll, potatoes and toast. It was amazing. A great place for breakfast or a light lunch...
