Ive been a gold star member of Starbucks for years. I order using the app, so my drinks are supposed to be ready when I arrive. I spend a ridiculous amount of money at SBs every year, and know how they are supposed to operate. This place is HORRIBLE! There is ALWAYS some issue. 50% of the time Im sitting around waiting for my order while the kids behind the counter talk to each other, an order I placed 15-20 min earlier using the app. Today I go in, and Im standing there waiting & waiting. Finally I ask the guy if he has my order .., as Im asking I look over and see my melted drink sitting behind the counter, where ONLY THEY CAN SEE IT. I ask him why they didnt set it out, like they always do. He says, rudely, they arent supposed to do that. I tell him, EVERY STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TO DOES IT, INCLUDING THAT ONE. And how are people supposed to know their drink is ready?? He says, I called your name earlier. I just left. Does anyone see the problem with that?? People use the app, because they are busy and dont have time to wait. Thus, they place the order BEFORE they are at the store. Thus, they ARE NOT NECESSARILY GOING TO BE IN THE STORE THE FIRST TIME THEIR NAME IS CALLED!!!!! I stood in that store for an ADDITIONAL 10 min, and my name was never called. This is only the latest problem with this Starbucks. EVERY TIME I GO, THERE IS SOME ISSUE. Steer clear.

I have a semi complicated drink. This not my local starbucks but I know how I like my drink and how to order it to get it just the way I like. If my double shot of expresso is mixed in to my frapp..whatever doesnt fit in the cup goes into another cup as the overflow. If i pay upwards of eight dollars for a drink, i expect to get all of it. Also, most of the staff I encountered doesnt focus on what they are doing. Trying to carry on conversations with each other and their regulars. My drink was only supposed to have 1 pump of hazelnut. I got 3 (too sweet). Watched the person making my drink pour half my blended mixture into the sink. Then realized she hadnt double blended the drink and poured it back from the cup into the blender to blend again losing more of the drink once it was transferred back to the cup.

Tonight the staff was extremely rude and I felt rushed. It was 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night and they do not close until 10 pm. However they acted as if they were closing and that I was bothering them as they were cleaning up chit chatting with each other: The girl behind the counter was short with me and was clearly annoyed when I didnt know exactly what I was ordering yet. Overall my experience was terrible and I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was in there as if I was not welcome. I will not be back.

Nice big parking lot in a strip mall and a very handy location if you need to get off of Interstate 78. One small complaint - please mister barista, take a moment to wipe down the outside of our cups so they arent coated with foamed milk. Perhaps a little more attention to quality service and a little less time gabbing with your friend sitting at the counter?

Several things about this store are less than friendly. The store is well hidden behind the Ling Ling door, the store flow is terrible and narrow and the service always seems to be slow, especially during rush hour. It is Starbucks and the food and coffee is as good as ever.

Very friendly staff, reasonable lines. I rate it a 4 because of the size of the location. Too small and crowded to relax in. It is a convenient location for me so I am happy to have a less than comfortable Starbucks near by.

Not the most knowledgeable about their own products. I had someone who was working here tell me that they did not know what Clover coffee was when it was written on a board just behind them that they serve clover coffee.

For some reason it was super crowded at 3:15pm. Order taker was slightly condescending. 2 travel boxes ordered at the counter didnt take that long at all. Server was super engaging and sweet.
